the phinney ridge location accuses you of trying to scam them if you try to redeem their punch cards. i never experienced this at the cap hill location. super disappointing to accuse someone of this.

Ube matcha matte: surprisingly the flavors balance well together, nothing over powers. Also not sweet at all I love that.
The store was pretty slow when I went on a Saturday morning. Might be a good spot to hang or study
I got the lychee rose and pineapple combination, it's so good! I was 100% expecting pineapple syrup but it's actual pineapple puree! Real pineapple puree! Such a pleasant surprise.

Friendly staff and quick service on a Tuesday lunch rush hour. Came over here after a brunch over at new spot Calibri. Got the strawberry matcha, and it wasn’t too sweet or too bitter. I would probably not get it cold again, but it was good. Stroller friendly and stayed awhile (:
