Excellent carb and meat treats, very satisfying with friendly and patient service. A meal time treat to be sure. Staff is very helpful and will assist you with using phone app discounts and coupons. Outstanding hot dogs wrapped in dough and the Jalapeño Pretzel is a show-stopper.

Definitely was a yummy snack absolutely love the pretzel bites but the service was awful right when we got there the person who was taking our order glared at me didn’t even say hi or anything they just started glaring at me and they kept rolling their eyes overall I just really hate the service here.
They have a sign that says buy 2 pretzel PRODUCTS get 1, yet they charged me and a when i asked for a refund the manager gave me so much attitude and refused cause my products weren't the same and then kept my receipt. Then the cheese dip was solid and not usable. Just got to the Wetzel up stairs

I went to this Auntie Anne's years ago while working at the Southcenter Mall. It was a great choice for brunch or an early breakfast when there wasn't a lot of people there. Their cinnamon sugar pretzel is amazing! The place can get very crowded and the line very long, but it's still a good choice for a to-go snack.

So I was here today, I added 3 cheese dips with my order and went to parking lot when I figured out that the asian lady with bangs didn't put any cheese dips in my bag. I have to come back again to ask for the cheese and that lady didn't even bother to give a single apology! She just handed me over the dips without any words at all!

This Auntie Anne's was a lot less busier than the other one in the mall when I was there- no line when the other one had a huge line! The service was fast and the pretzel was nice and warm, if a little greasy. It really hit the spot!
