Given different or incorrect price at drive through window or notice my order got downgraded and charged full price. Happened on multiple occasions. Don't give them your money.

Ate here yesterday. Ordered 1 hamburger, 1 cheeseburger and onion rings. Didn't order any drinks. $14.50 Burgers looked old and dried up. The pickles were terrible tasting. After 2 bites threw the burgers in the trash. Husband said onion rings were good. Highway robbery. This same meal at McDonald's or Burger King would have been half that price and tasted fresher and better. Shame on you A&W. Won't make that mistake twice

They make you wait up front for cold food. I took the fries back and they gave me more cold fries. The chicken wrap is gross and the chicken strip is very small. Not coming back to this location. Terribly ran, the workers don't care here.Parking: Small parking lot

Slow line never very many employees && the wait was pretty long. Not to mention they were out of a few different things that were the main ingredients for some of the meals so that was little frustrating

Hmmm, we visited A&W a second time... The first time we visited this place a few weeks ago, we thought for a fast food restaurant that the food tasted excellent and the service was really good... However, our second visit was disappointing... The burgers were a little greasy, the veggies in the burgers were not as fresh, and the fries were a little cold/dry. Maybe we will try again and see if the third time is a charm, otherwise, definitely this place was not as consistent as we would have hoped, so I dropped my rating from 5 to 3 stars.
