Picked up cod for fish tacos. Everyone there was super knowledgeable and helpful.
The best spot for the meats.
They are the absolute best!. The quality of product is next to none and the environment of friendliness is always so comforting. I don't like this place. I love it!!
Small neighborhood butcher. Good selection. Helpful staff
Quality….period
We stopped in to check out the shop, ended up with a pound of the peppered bacon and a pound of the ground pork. Phenomenal bacon!!! Delicious, succulent, melt in your mouth pork. Highly recommend :)
I’ve never been treated so rudely than when I came in here, and I’ve worked in the service industry for 10 years. I experienced the worst customer service, all because I was unsure of exactly what I was looking for. I had an idea of what I needed but wasn’t aware of the details like the cut. Instead of offering suggestions I was scolded and talked down to. I had a very different experience last time I came in here, and they treated my boyfriend kindly and showed him respect. When I went in today alone, that was the opposite of how I was treated. They’re well aware of this behavior and the man helping me said “sorry I couldn’t be pleasant” I will never go back here and don’t recommend anyone to unless they are male and know EXACTLY what they want and have no questions.
Affordable and wonderful selection. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Picked up a beautiful and delicious pork butt.
I stop by and they cut up some meat for me for my dog. I have purchased meat from them before it's really good you will have no complaints
The folks always have amazing selection and quality. Good for when you are cooking for special occasions.

Nice overpriced cuts
Love B&E! We buy a few strips of salmon candy at least once a week and they have every cut of meat you could think of and are super knowledgeable. Can be a little spendy (rack of lamb was ~$120) but I guess that’s the price you pay for great meat!
Overrated and overpriced and quality is appalling! Lamb here is labeled as ‘imported’, for grain fed, ground lamb from Oregon and charged 14.99 per pound. Save your money and buy it from local grocery store
Nathan dabbed up our elk with precision and is a world class wild boar, deer, elk, bear, and gazelle processor.Nathan’s dab techniques are why we come back time and time again.Thank you Nathan and all the others at B&E Meats for your continued excellence!
I find it really strange that the folks working here a are unable to answer the simple question of whether any of their beef is grass fed or raised without hormones. You'd think a specialty shop in this neighborhood would have better options.Reminded me why I stopped shopping here 20 years ago when it was under previous ownership. They seemed behind the times on high-quality, sustainable meats back then... hasn't changed!
