Sooo disappointing! Ordered food on-line 1.5 hours before closing. Received confirmation order was received and in process. Received notice driver was picking up order and an ETA on delivery. Then at the time it was to be delivered, received a text indicating order had been canceled and to reach out to the restaurant. Called the restaurant and there was no answer because by that time they were now closed. We had just returned from being away for a week. Would have been nice to know earlier that our ordered couldn't be fulfilled when all other options were now closed.

Búho is a cozy blend of Mexican restaurant-meets-bar, with some nice nods to vegetarians like impossible meat as a protein option. The mushroom and chicken burrito is delicious and comes with a crunchy Oaxacan cheese wrapper that rkevates it far above your typical Mexican restaurant fare. The bar has a tequila & mescal focus, which isn't my personal vibe, so I had a very nice Pathfinder-based mocktail instead. There was a single server covering the entire place but he handled it effortlessly and was super friendly, even though it was our first time there. As a bonus the rollerskating rink is across the street, so we worked off our burritos there. Definitely recommend & will be back!

Every time I've gone to Buho the service and atmosphere is super chill. Everyone is super friendly. The chicken and mushroom burrito is the best! I usually share it with someone since it's so huge. Part of what makes White Center so great.

The worst fish tacos I've ever had. The cod was dry and the sauces tasted weird. The taco lacked depth and flavor. The portion wasn't even that much either, but it was $19 for only 3 tacos. Avoid if you're used to authentic Mexican food!

When I say the best burrito that’s ever defeated me,I mean it! I befriended the buho burrito with every intent to destroy it via belly machine. It wasn’t a success..I knew that I would have to defend my honor by eating the second half cold and it was still delicious. I then pulled my constituents into the situation to explain how urgent it is that they try the buho burrito, or anything else from this location. Quesadillas were no joke, when it came to CHEESE and flavor, perfect for me. FYI this was a delivery so I can only imagine how good the food and environment are and can’t wait to attend. Came here for dinner and the highlights for me were 1) the kids quesadilla, and 2) the music. While my tacos weren’t great (there are plenty of better options nearby), the kids quesadilla was the best I’ve tried and my toddler loved it. Great value too. The music makes the atmosphere here great too. The sound system was fantastic, loud and clear, but you can still clearly hear someone across the table. There was only one individual working the better and waiting tables but he did a fantastic job managing it all solo.
