Great Seattle smashburger and fries with a cool vibe. Order at the bar and enjoy on one of a few indoor tables.
The burger was great, the bacon was good, and the fries were terrific... Heavily paprika seasoned. It was a cold night, so unfortunately the fries cooled off quick. The vegan soup was very spicy.
Vibe, decor, and service was nice. Street parking (paid or free after hours).

Visited Seattle for nearly a week and this became our go-to spot. The staff (Jesse and Keaton) were both extremely friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our food, drinks, and experience! The ambiance is really cool, vibey, and chill with style. Not only that, they gave us other local bar and food recommendations for our trip which turned out to be great and all deferred to Bad Bishop as the GOATed spot. I don’t even write reviews but this place really stood out, if you’re in the area at all… go out of your way to come here, it’s so worth it!!! We will be recommending all our friends and family visiting Seattle to make sure to stop here! BRB still dreaming about the burger, shoestring fries, and cumback sauce. 10/10. PS: Seattle’s best Negroni - Chazz, your non local Negroni hater

Wish I could give another star. Stopped in on a recommendation from a friend and this place did not disappoint. The burger was delicious and I couldn’t stop eating the fries with the dip. The staff were super friendly, knew their sherry and just made the place really welcoming.

Jesse is an amazing mixer!! He made this amazing mocktail (yes, mocktail!) for my wife. Who knew mocktails (sorry don’t know the name) could have sophisticated flavors. You usually get just fruit juice and sprite. I asked if there was a cocktail version of it which there wasn’t but he said “Let me try something” and whipped up an amazing drink!! And he was so cordial to share the recipe, twice! Because the first time he shared with me I didn’t hold the info too well (I may have been a little tipsy:p). So my wife went back to ask the recipe again (coz I was embarrassed to ask again). Food was also great, we had the fries and wings. Bad Bishop was an amazing finish to our trip to Seattle!!

I stopped in for what I intended to be a nightcap, and ended up staying for a second because the old fashioned was damn good and the tunes were hitting. An older gentleman joined me at the bar and we struck up a cordial conversation. When he offered to buy me a third drink the bartender politely and firmly inquired if that was what I wanted. I understood why I was asked, and given I was engaged in polite, interesting conversation I cheerily accepted the delicious, free drink. I also can’t underscore how much I appreciated the bartender’s genuine inquiry as to whether it was something I really wanted.
As we sipped through the next cocktail, the gentleman who purchased my beverage became more animated and interested in continued conversation. When he offered to walk me back to my nearby hotel, a second bartender subtly inquired if I was okay. While I felt fully in control of the situation, I cannot express how thankful I am for the staff’s willingness to inquire, to accommodate me, and to interject if needed.
I throughly enjoyed my evening at Bad Bishop and highly recommend this establishment.

This place is quaint and feels like you are in Seattle back in the 90’s. Sweet old vibes. Had the warm Cesar salad and it was a little off, the chicken was sorta not right. Also had the wings which were outstanding. Really different with great flavors. The hero here was the drinks. Oh my, some of the best drinks I have ever had! I will 100% be back for those! Delish! The bartender and (owner?) was sweet and helpful.
