Unimaginably delicious. And the smell coming out of this place is absurdly intoxicating. The portion to price ratio is off; even for Seattle. That said, I’ll go again and again and so should you.

I honestly have no idea what I just ate, nor do either of my daughters, but everything we got was insanely good!
Really cool ambience and being able was pretty chill.

If a hug could be food, it would be the rice bowl I got. “Chef Stef’s” I think it was called. The salt, the umami…it’s pure comfort.
It’s a bit cramped and the street is noisy, but you knew that walking in, and just look how cute the place is! Must try, I’ll be back.

Such a great spot! I got the ropa vieja, it was so delicious, super tender beef, lots of flavor!Definitely worth a stop and I’m looking forward to trying some of the other food on the menu.

Everything here was amazing! We got the Cuban sandwich and two bowls. Sooo much flavor. Small place without much searing, but the woman working was so kind and gave us complimentary cupcakes they were testing. 10/10 would come back

I love the quaint feeling of Bad Chancla. I ordered the ropa vieja bowl and it was so flavorful. I am pretty sensitive to spice so it was a tiny bit spicy but nothing I couldn’t handle. The portion size was great, I even had a bit of leftovers. I really like the “curtido” on top —in ecuador we serve that with almost everything and thought it may be a little homage to Jose’s native country. I’ll be back for sure. I need to try the encocado next time.

The food is exceptional very good ! it taste very homemade very homemade like I made it myself and I’m a great cook. That’s how good the food is! so rundown and order you a rice bowl and enjoy—you won’t regret it.

A $4 sandwich for $16. In no way worth it whatsoever.
And you’ve proven my point. Your sandwich is terrible and your attitude is worse.

Absolutely incredible service - he was super personable and generous. The food was also amazing. My friends and I were visiting from Canada and will definitely be back every time we visit Seattle moving forward.

This spot is easy to miss, but oh dang! I stopped in randomly and I'm so glad I did. The ropa vieja rice bowl is throw-your-spectacles RIDICULOUS. Watermelon agua fresca is like drinking a dang watermelon. What? Here for it. The only I want is avocado, but that's because I'm essentially addicted to them.
