$3.25 for a plain bagel with nothing on it. This is insane.

Walked in at 3:32 (shop closes at 4, there were only 2 of us) and before we even made it to the counter the girl working rolled her eyes and said “so are you getting a plain bagel with nothing on it and nothing else?” I get that y’all have to close but being surly to a customer 30min beforehand seems unnecessary. We walked out, I don’t like to spend money where I’m obviously not welcome. I’ve liked this place in the past but I won’t be back.

First complaint is how the guy cut our bagels and bialys he cut 2 dozen so close to the bottom it's nothing but a cracker try cutting in the middle I was very disappointed if they're the best in Seattle then Seattle is not the place to get bagels and cream cheese I fixed my cream cheese the feta garlic dill was chunky and couldn't really smell or taste the garlic or dill so I grab my food processor added both it's much better I hate bialys aren't as common here I see why bialys are supposed to be wider then bagels not the same size the middle should have a cracker like in the middle and the toppings should stay on the top of the bagel or bialy I live about hr south of bagel oasis I gave them a shot so now I will drive 3hrs to Bellingham to get good quality of and if the employees are reading this if someone buys 2 dozen u should offer the loyalty program cuz new customers don't know about it we didn't luckily doesn't matter cuz we won't be back but if we did plan on coming back I would be pissed that I spent $100 and got no credit that's bad customer service

The vibe was off when I walked in the door to what feels like an old diner with 2024 prices. The two line situation (one for here and one to go) was convoluted, the service was quick and friendly but the food is pricy for what you receive. I ordered an everything bagel with lox schmear and received a salt bagel with lox schmear. When I let them know they made me my correct order immediately, however, my bagel wasn’t toasted. It was good I suppose but nothing remarkable. The everything seasoning was slightly muted. My kids enjoyed their plain bagels. I wish them the best of luck, there were enough people coming and going that I know they will survive. A couple a tweaks and they could be thriving.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids

I'm from back east, so I went on a hunt to find Seattle's best bagel. Hint: when someone asks for a toasted bagel, please toast it. You know, so that it gets brown and it's crispy? I asked for toasted, and instead got a warm bagel with cream cheese that tasted rubbery. I'll come back, but now I'll have to be the bad guy and describe what 'toasted' means. 🤷♂️

The workers were all very pleasant and friendly to interact with, the only problem was the bagels which made me really sad. I strongly love a good bagel sandwich and my partner and I decided to pop in for a bagel before running errands—our breads got swapped, my sandwich was cold when I asked for it hot. He said that his sandwich had too little lox and too many onions. The drinks were pretty good. I want to try the shop again to give them another shot because it did look like they had a decent number of customers when we came in, so maybe just an off day? Altogether two bagels and two drinks came up to about $46

The bagel sandwich was extremely disappointing with its lack of flavor. And when I asked for an added schemer of cream cheese on my bec (bacon egg and cheese) it was only included as a side rather than on the bagel so I had to put it on myself. Overall the sandwich was just lacking and I would not order from here again, there are many other bagel places that are much better! I should have trusted the other reviews more but it was one of the only place near by and open at the time

Bagel Mirage would be a more apt name. When you see an employee arguing with an 85 year old Jewish man about how a bagel should be made, one has to seriously question the qualifications for operating a bagel shop.

Great tasting bagel sandwich. The restaurant had a personal small town feel as it seemed like the staff was friendly and new many of the customers. The only negative was that the coffee tasted terrible.

Disappointed that almost $8 (plus tip) gets such a light shmear. I like to shop local for bagels (epsecially ones I’ve been to since childhood) but I’m going back to Rachel’s bagels.

Just the most underwhelming bagel from a dedicated bagel shop you've ever had
The bagels at Fred Meyer are better and cheaper. Their menu pricing is also interesting on how "flavored" schmear price is hidden below bagel with schmear. $8 for a bagel with a literal paper thin schmear of cream cheese is wild. Look at my image to see their definition of $5 worth of cream cheese. Would highly not recommend.
