Got to try their cookies and creampuffs at the Bite of Seattle and I was blown away. the cookies were very soft and buttery and the creampuffs were a super balanced sweet treat!

I am so glad that I was recommended to check out Baked in Bosnia. Not only do they have great portions but the food is high quality, delicious, and you can tell it is made with love every time. Their creme puffs are my favorite. I will always be happy to support this local business!

The cream puffs and cookies are simply immaculate, I wish I had bought more. Cannot wait for the next opportunity to have more of their delicious treats!!

Bought a cream puff and “gourmet” (their words) chocolate chip cookie for $22 at their Bite of Seattle stand. The puff was very very dry and the cream was too heavy. The cookie was like a grocery store cookie made obviously with margarine not butter and also old and dry. Disappointed with both.

It is catering only, we should’ve looked more into it. We didn’t get a chance to try their food. Which is super disappointing since we drove 5 hours there, we had no way to order catering.

Their čevapi are amazing, as are many of their other items. Chef puts heart and soul into the menu items and it shows. Can’t wait when they, hopefully, again allow orders outside of just catering. This is the place I refer to anyone that asks me where they can get Bosnian food.

We tried the Baked in Bosnia offering of the German Apple Cake from the Seattle Center during Croatia Fest. We were in the city to check out the sights and came upon the fact that they were having Croatia Fest in the Seattle Center while we were there. A few vendors were there and we came upon the Baked in Bosnia table to see what they had to offer. We were greeted warmly and found that they had a lot of desserts that we could try. The apple cake caught our attention & we picked up one to try out. The cake was good and was very moist, a bit more moist than I was really expecting. The flavor was good and we got a good sized slice of cake to try out. Overall I would say this one is good to try and if you are an apple fan you will likely find this one to be good. I think it was supposed to have whipped cream based on their website but likely couldn't be done at the location...I think this would have been a better cake with the whipped cream as it didn't have a huge amount of flavor so that's where I landed at the middle of the road area. Try this out from the direct and I think you'll find it to be pretty good. They did respond to my Yelp review letting me know that there was an optional whipped cram meaning they are responsive to their customers reviews & care, another awesome business listening to their patrons :)

Easy ordering and pickup, delicious comfort food. I've tried most items on the menu and have been continually blown away. The cevapi is a favorite.
