So bed place!!!!!
It is catering only, we should’ve looked more into it. We didn’t get a chance to try their food. Which is super disappointing since we drove 5 hours there, we had no way to order catering.
Their čevapi are amazing, as are many of their other items. Chef puts heart and soul into the menu items and it shows. Can’t wait when they, hopefully, again allow orders outside of just catering. This is the place I refer to anyone that asks me where they can get Bosnian food.
We tried the Baked in Bosnia offering of the German Apple Cake from the Seattle Center during Croatia Fest. We were in the city to check out the sights and came upon the fact that they were having Croatia Fest in the Seattle Center while we were there. A few vendors were there and we came upon the Baked in Bosnia table to see what they had to offer. We were greeted warmly and found that they had a lot of desserts that we could try. The apple cake caught our attention & we picked up one to try out. The cake was good and was very moist, a bit more moist than I was really expecting. The flavor was good and we got a good sized slice of cake to try out. Overall I would say this one is good to try and if you are an apple fan you will likely find this one to be good. I think it was supposed to have whipped cream based on their website but likely couldn't be done at the location...I think this would have been a better cake with the whipped cream as it didn't have a huge amount of flavor so that's where I landed at the middle of the road area. Try this out from the direct and I think you'll find it to be pretty good. They did respond to my Yelp review letting me know that there was an optional whipped cram meaning they are responsive to their customers reviews & care, another awesome business listening to their patrons :)
Amazing food, amazing staff!!!
Simply delicious and Croatian boyfriend approved. :)
Easy ordering and pickup, delicious comfort food. I've tried most items on the menu and have been continually blown away. The cevapi is a favorite.

Easy order online, easy pickup at suggested time, just follow instructions in your email ( your navigator will most probably not lead you to pick up location). No need to call or enter the building.Baked in Bosnia is making awesome cakes.Superior quality as to me.

I was happily surprise to stumble upon their stall at the Shoreline Farmers Market because I had been meaning to get food from their Uptown location previously. I visited close to the end of the Farmers Market so their pita were sold out, but I got their goulash grinder and a slice of their black forest cake. Both were excellent! The goulash grinder had a good mix of savory and spice from the beef and the seasonings and the light au jus - maybe made of chicken stock, was lightly tart which balanced the fat of the beef. Just a great sandwich. The black forest cake was also delicious. It was so soft and moist from the cream to the cake. The owner was also very friendly and seemed to be well liked based on the other people talking to her. I hope to try their other offerings soon!Edit: Seeing Selma's very thoughtful response to my review just confirms that Baked in Bosnia is a business everyone should patronize.
I am very happy we were recommended by a friend to buy food, that's similar to our native Bulgarian food.I ordered for our twins 4th birthday. We had to change order in the last moment, we weren't able to go and pick up it ... But Selma handled all graciously- with emphaty and understanding , and she even came to deliver it to our place we were celebrated! The food was giant burek and my guests loved it and it was the main dish , that had been quickly eaten. Great quality and service for the price! We also tested another dishes from Baked in Bosna while visited a friend. It's like the taste of my childhood! This comming birthday I definitely will order more, and would love to invite her oficialy with her sweet family to be our guests. Sorry that I didn't arrange an invitation for the previous birthday. Also the online ordering is easy and convenient.Wishing to Selma and her business Selma all the best!
What a delicious taste of Bosnian flavor. The Beef Gulas and veggie Panjene Paprike are all time favorites!!
I ordered 150 fresh čevapi to take home and BBQ for party. They were easy to pick up in Queen Anne and were made fresh. This place is such a gem to have in Seattle. I'll definitely be ordering again.
I come here for the incredible cevapi. Five stars doesn't do it justice. I fell in love with cevapi in Sarajevo while on vacation, and Baked in Bosnia is the best place I've had it in the US. It is so, so incredibly worth it. I split one cevapi meal with my partner because the portions are generous, and every time I have the opportunity to order it I do. It is always the highlight of my week. If you've never had cevapi (and eat the components, ie meat, etc) I cannot recommend trying Baked in Bosnia enough!
