Extremely rude and chaotic place! They do not respect or have common courtesy for customers. Pastries not at all worth it. I buy treats for entire offices regularly as my job and will not patronize this place due to the appalling treatment I received. No labels, prices, allergy information, etc anywhere. Ask questions just to be treated as a nuisance, as if I don’t know what it’s like in Paris. If I wanted to be in Paris I would go there. Please leave the community you are a snooty and a scourge to the lovely Maple Leaf where I have lived for decades.

My wife is French and boy does she get snooty with American baked goods and Honore delivered! Almond croissant would challenge any place in France. The staff was very friendly and fun and the place oozes with charm. Also, they have parking in back, so no shark circling when looking to get your baked goods fix.

Chef Honore, who I had the honor (ha) of listening to at the bakery this morning, has some serious mastery of French baking techniques. There are two main specialties here—croissants and brioche—and most of the items behind the display are based on one of these. They also have some cookies, tarts, and other goodies, but that's not really the point of coming here.
The croissants, either sweet or savory, are exemplary. My personal favorite is the blueberry pinwheel, but anything that shows off those amazing flaky layers will be well worth it. They also have a breakfast sandwich served on a croissant and it's absolutely delicious with perfectly baked eggs and melty cheese that's just a little charred around the edges.
The brioche also comes in many varieties. If you can get there early and get a chocolate brioche while it's still warm, do it. It'll change your life.
My other big favorite is the lemon lavender scone!
The trouble with Bakery Honore is that they sell out often and early. There was a line of half a dozen people before opening on a Friday morning. Their hours are limited and sometimes inconsistent, so just plan to be flexible but know that the effort is so worth it.

Tbh I don’t normally have baked goods but it was a special occasion. I had the marionberry-almond tart? Not totally sure what it was but it was a 10/10, literally one of the best sweets I’ve ever had. Amazing texture and flavor. Definitely worth stopping in!
When they are open, they are the best bakery in seattle. 🙌
Have lived nearby and meant to go for years but due to Maps status, had assumed it was closed… It is NOT! It is open, vibrant, and delicious. Baristas are friendly, and service is quick. They have a brilliant and wide assortment of gorgeous French pastry (provided you come early, as we’ve heard they sell out!), the coffee is delicious, and the cafe ambience is lovely. Thanks so much to our new favorite local coffee shop and bakery!!

We love this place! Not many bakeries around that are quite this good. Their large cream puffs, éclairs, mousse, and all sorts of fruit tarts are all the best I've ever tried. The person running the register is always nice and lets us know what specific items are, too. Good variety of items that switch up sometimes.

Hidden gem on Lake City Way! Amazing and warm decor. High quality and authentic French pastries with none of the snobbery. How did I not find this place sooner? The owner/baker Honor is an amazing woman, highly skilled and super nice! Great coffee too!

I’ve wasted three separate trips when you show as open online and then you have a piece of paper saying you are closed for a month or your oven broke or there was an electromagnetic storm when I get to the store. Have some respect for your customers and keep your hours updated online. Restaurant 101.

Finally stopped by since I was up and out of the house early enough, or at least what I thought was early enough. They were out of plain, regular, and almond croissants before 9am.
Really hard to tell what all they have and don't have even if the line isn't long enough to be outside since you basically are asked to order before you can even see anything and they don't have the food labels up where there are empty spots to tell you for sure what they're sold out of.
Also have a two per item/flavor rule so the 3 chocolate croissants I was hoping to order for me and my friends wouldn't have been allowed anyway even if they were in stock.
Think I'll pass on this one unless I'm up literally when they open and am only buying for me.
The spinach danish's were amazing! What a cozy little french pastry place.
