I am long overdue to write a review for Bekery Nouveau. This is my favorite bakery next to Temple and Coyle’s. All three are different for different reasons. What stands out to me are the

1. Double baked almond croissant. I like the crispy outside which pairs well with a latte. The richness of the filling which I believe is marzipan is robust and balanced

2. The quiche Lorraine is the best. I love the ratio of cheese to butter. The bake is always perfect and each bite has a substantial ratio of ingredients

3. Truffles and macaroons. Both are well crafted. The truffles are beautiful like Christopher Elbows and you can really sample the diverse flavor profiles. I love the yuzu flavor. The macaroons are crunchy and tender outside bite and are a perfect mix of pistachio and chocolate flavors

4. I haven’t found another bakery that makes fugasse like Bakery Nouveu. The generous olive ratio and oil consistency is spot on

All of the baked goods are great. Great service and atmosphere. 5 stars

This is a good Bakery with amazing desserts (they also have sandwiches and bread). The staff are very fast and efficient, and I enjoyed every dessert I purchased.

This place will always be my favorite. The twice-baked almond croissant—wow, so good. I’ve moved from Seattle, but I visit every month, and whenever I’m here, I have to stop by and grab some. I even take a few with me back to Dubai.

This is one of my favorite cafe/bakeries. Great desserts and drinks. Nice service too. I am a fan of the twice baked almond croissant. And I love their chai. Enjoy.

Bakery Nouveau is one of my favorite spots on Capitol Hill. The pastries are always top-notch—everything looks amazing, but the pound cake is my absolute favorite. It’s consistently busy, but the line moves fast and is well worth the wait. The sandwiches always catch my eye too… I haven’t tried them yet, but one day I will! A fantastic bakery all around.

The sourdough and challah breads are stupendous! Of course, never forget to treat yourself with the twice baked almond croissant. Bakery nouveau spoils seattle-ites with the best baked goods!

Lots of variety in the deserts but limited savory options. Definitely fancy deserts but on expensives side. I had cheese cake and large coffee was almost ($15+).
They don't offer indoor seating. But you can sit in the small park right outside the store. Very busy neighborhood.
Unfortunately, there is no parking nearby apart from Safeway parking or street parking which is always full.

It's the best slice of chocolate cake I've had in Seattle. Really love the service and the staff here.

Friendly staff, great sandwiches (reasonably priced, especially for the area) and excellent pastries. The croissants are fantastic and the pumpkin cheesecake is a standout. Be aware there is no seating
