Awesome experience
Stopped by on a Friday during happy hour. I dined alone but was surprisingly offered a table instead of the bar. Almost every other restaurant I've been to insisted that I sit at the bar. We sat at the sushi bar at Bamboo Sushi and had a fantastic dinner while in U Village. Was it the best sushi I've ever had? No of course not. But the items we tried were fresh and inventive, the service was quick, and drinks solid. I particularly enjoyed the variety of crispy rice dishes available and who doesn't love hand rolls!

This has now become one of my favorite sushi places. Their food is a work of art. Seriously. Art that you get to fully enjoy. Their whole menu (minus one item) is gluten free. That's right.
