Came in while doing Christmas shopping after being away in Europe the last month craving more healthy food typically unavailable in america. I won't say Bamboo Sushi was a huge disappointment but it's definitely not the most "relaxed" place. We ordered our food and the crispy rice tuna came out literally one minute after ordering it. The rice was way overcooked and it made me wonder if the sushi was already pre-made. We got them" garden of eve" maki...

It's was my second time. Don't get me wrong the food is really delicious, but on every dish they add some kind of sweet and so, every dish is like sweet and spicy candy. It's jus our opinion.

Vegetarian options: We are vegetarians, and only few dishes are available for vegetarians, but, it's more than any other sushi places we been to.

Parking: It's inside the village so you can find parking somewhere, might be not...

I wasn't a big fan of sushi before coming here! Excellent attentive service with wonderful food.

Parking: We visited on a holiday weekend. Traffic was crowded. We circled the parking garage for about 10 minutes to find a spot. Well worth the wait for a space.
