There is sort of seating ( 4 chairs against a small bar top). It is more of a grab and go kind of place.I found the banh mi to be dry overall. The bread and meat was dry. I would ask for extra mayo. Really good banh mi's and quick to order! I usually pick one up if I am vending at a market and they can get one ready in about 10-15 minutes. I don't like the bubble tea that they serve though.
