Excellent banh mi here, which is no surprise considering they’re called Banh Town! Fast service, kind staff, and very clean and quiet inside. I love this place and will continue coming here for their delicious tofu banh mi’s and Vietnamese iced coffees! You can trust this place for a fast, reliable meal at a reasonable price.

Service and prices were really good! The pho was nice and refreshing. My friend got the short rib banh mi which I’m excited to try next time. I had the pork special.

Banh Town feels like a mashup of classic Vietnamese comfort food and Seattle’s playful twist on it. The menu runs deep — from snacks like egg rolls ($6.95) and quail egg poppers ($9.95) to full-on vermicelli bowls and bánh mì that rival anyone in town.

The bánh mì section alone is worth a trip. The Short Rib Bánh Mì ($11.95) comes loaded with marinated beef and a drizzle of chili oil sauce, while the Curry Lemongrass ($11.50) keeps it lighter with bold aromatics. If you want something familiar but done right, the French Chicken ($10.95) is their house staple.

Pho-wise, they keep it straightforward: Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, Veggie, and Oxtail ($19.95). Bowls are large, packed with noodles and protein, and balanced with a broth that’s light but not bland — the kind that works just as well on a rainy Seattle night as it does for a hangover cure.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A modern Vietnamese spot where you can grab a quick bánh mì or settle into a full pho bowl. It’s casual, lively, and built for repeat visits.

Essential Seattle restaurant. Without this spot I would go hungry and be sad. I think about their pho daily and get it at least once a week. The bahn mi’s are incredible and are easy to take as a camping snack, baseball meal or for the next day!! The service is always incredible and the vibes inside are immaculate. Literally my favorite restaurant in Greenwood!! Prices are great and you get a discount if you pay with cash! Only thing I would change is adding a beer to the menu

Some photos were taken not at the restaurant but as a take out and eaten elsewhere!

Food is definitely not very good. I am not sure about the service and atmosphere since I got the delivery. I ordered beef pho and the brisket smells terrible and the broth is very salty and not fresh.

Nearly 100 Bahn mi in 2 years. Some days I’ve gotten two. 95% of them have been the 5-spice chicken Bahn mi, the other 5% beef. Everybody who works here is so kind!! Prices are so fair for Seattle too.

Not much more to say. I wouldn’t eat here so often if it wasn’t one of my favorite food places in greenwood

Ordered a pho. Tasted too sweet for me but non Asian people probably like it. A little bit pricy but the service is very good and stuffs are friendly so I rate 4/5. If you love sweet food probably 5.

What a wonderful place! We rolled in randomly, looking for some hot & spicy food to fill our road trip-hungry bellies and soothe my sore throat. The Beef Phò bò (steak option) spoke to both my daughter and me, and we ended up ordering the same item. It was absolutely perfect - exactly what we were looking for. Soothing and flavorful broth, tender steak, fresh veg, and noodles that were the perfect texture. Served with sprouts, basil, and citrus on the side, and all the sriracha I could stand. The Regular size was more than we could finish, but the Large is only a dollar more!

Also, Linda served us with a beautiful smile and friendly banter. We enjoyed some lovely conversation with her when we were all done eating. She was terrific!

I’ve ordered from them many times before but had the pleasure of dining there in person recently. Every dish I’ve had there has been excellent and this time was even better getting it fresh from the kitchen. We ordered banh mi, vermicelli bowls and boba teas. Delicious! The staff was kind and very pleasant. There is also what I find to be a beautiful mural inside that I enjoyed admiring with my meal. We highly recommend stopping by!

I had the grilled pork. The food was okay overall, but I do wish the pork had been grilled a bit longer for more flavor and texture. That said, the staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the experience more enjoyable. It’s a decent spot if you’re in the area, but there’s room for improvement in the food preparation.
