Excellent service and a SEESAWI don't usually post photos of myself in reviews but this was literally the highlight of the evening ? (and all we got pics/ video of). We will likely come back to try the food

I came in with a large group right when they were about to close and omg Toni was absolutely amazing!!! She was so patient and friendly, and her off menu specialty drinks were top notch! If you like gin or whiskey cocktails shes your girl! We will definitely be back. The bar can get busy and loud and theres only one bartender so drinks may take an extra minute, so just keep that in mind if you decide to come on a busy night.

It’s so pink it’s almost hard to see in there. Cocktail was fine but service was slow only one bartender and lots of people while the “manager” just sat there and watched people wait. Felt bad for the bartender she was moving as fast as she could.

Absolutely horrible experience. Couldn't get the room serviced for 3 days despite speaking to both housekeeping and management. Mansged to get fresh towels at ten at night but they didnt take the old ones so we had 3 days worth of towels in the room .Had to get onto booking.com . Had to be out of the room by 12 so housekeeping could come in but returned every day to nothing having been done . When it was finally done ON THANKSGIVING we weren't given any toilet roll . Then I find out there's NO COFFEE in the bar ,only decaff , despite there being supposed to be a 24hour nespresso pod machine available to the bar. It's SEATTLE for Christs sake . Multiple rooms leaving trash in the Hall due to lack of housekeeping. Theres supposed to ne drinks vouchers given per night staying couldnt get those either .Absolutely HIDEOUS experience and still stuck here for two days .
Larger female bartender Toni was extremely disrespectful, unfriendly, seemingly annoyed by everyone, and beyond entitled. Worst experience! I’m not sure why she chose customer service when she clearly doesn’t enjoy working with the public. We were excited to come here, and the experience was beyond ruined by her pettiness. Don’t come here unless you want to deal with major side eye and be made to feel unwelcome/ uncomfortable by the staff.

bartender’s attitude was weird. My friend had to wait 15 mins for a drink(with only two or three customers there ) since no one was paying attention. Finally we decided to move out went to another

Everything was excellent I just had one issue, whoever you got washing the bed linens needs to change there cleaning products or use less of it because every time stay there it irritates my skin but all in all it was a great stay………………………………………
I was severely bitten by bedbugs during my stay with 20+ bites, and had to throw out $250 in personal belongings. The manager said bed bugs happen. The property did not compensate me fairly and my escalation to Marriott corporate resulted in them reaching back out to the property, with no further action taken. Do not stay here!
The drinks are great one made with dragon fruit so good. Nice friendly staff

While I came to this hotel for business, I would return for strictly a personal trip….. for me. It was my fault that I hadn’t researched the facts of the hotel not having a parking garage (there are third party garages on the street, however, there is some miscommunication on the hotel usage with the garage representatives). No food other then a couple of appetizers, no mini fridge, having to share a steam iron with everyone on the floor, and a few other items that I personally expected to have in a hotel room, but again, it was my fault for not researching this previously. In no way did the hotel or it’s marketing state otherwise. That said, Julio and Stephanie are amazing assets to the hotel. Julio assisted me with my check-in. He was personable and gave great customer service. You can tell he has a lot to do with the hotel and it’s guest running smoothly. The following day, after some mishaps I experienced, Stephanie personally assisted me with some items. She connected with me throughout the morning and personally handled some inconveniences. Not only did she address them, but she went above and beyond her duty to make me satisfied. So much so that I felt the need to reach back out to her and sincerely thank her for the work she done on my behalf. If you check into this chic hotel, in a great area, expect nothing less than a sincere and personable customer service experience.
Folks running the bar are also running the hotel. Not great bar service as a result. Very cool atmosphere.
terrible terrible service. I booked through Expedia, it was $256. they let us pay cash on the way out for 199.75 .. but then they still charged my card and never gave me a proper receipt until a month of me calling them about it. and its been 2 months now, I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN MY REFUND AT ALL. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE THAT THIER EMPLOYEE TOOK MY CASH AND DIDNT PAY MY ROOM WITH IT. they just gave me the run around every time I call. there is no response from their management team and there is no compassion or remorse for their mistake and use of a client. DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE.
Okay I’m not a karen but wtf… $20 for a “Moscow mule” (apparently in the bartenders terms a mule is Jameson + OJ?) and $20 for a vodka sprite??? Ive paid less than that for drinks at fancy restaurants. Bartender made us uncomfortable and patrons were clearly over served… don’t recommend, save your money and go elsewhere
