Came in with my black partner to order a drink. The female bartender with short gray hair walked by us waiting at the counter three times, then said it was a shift change (15 minutes prior to 7 pm), asked her coworker who hadn't clocked in yet to pour our drinks ("will you get these two people?") (he was great and so were the drinks, & he said aloud he hadn't clocked on yet), and then she proceeded to make drinks for the next new couple that walked up to the counter. Sad.

Went here because reviews said this was Seattle's best dive bar and the food was amazing. While there's no denying it IS a dive bar, they only had a few food items available (frozen cheese sticks, chicken strips, and fries) so the "amazing food" claim is unsubstantiated.

Please decide who is staff and who is peddler and have some sorf of a name badge to know. Cant just random old lady come to you and rudely ask for your drinks back. I respect the age as long she atleast show some manners.You cant sell a drink and next minute pull it because you closed, 15 minutes before 2. I dont even consume alcohol, so not even intoxicated. And exactly know what I am talking about!If thats your closing hours.Have proper singnage and shouldn't be selling drinks atleast 5 minutes before.Place is nice and renovated but still shady and surrounded by junkies.Fake Debbie!

Pool and darts in the front, bar and karaoke in the back. Karaoke host was a bit absent-minded and some of the melodies / lyrics were pretty abysmal, but still a great cheap drink spot with some entertainment every night with the karaoke.

Went here because they do karaoke. I always have a mediocre experience but tonight’s was exceptionally tweakery. The dj for karaoke was bobbing his head like a cracked out chicken when asked to add a song to the list. Do not come to baranof. North Star diner has a way better vibe and way better karaoke just across the street,

I know the intentions were good, but the famous mighty Baradof will be no more soon...got wings I didn't recognize with blue cheese dressing that I was better picking off the grocery shelf...trying to keep up with the competition was a huge mistake...staff is fantastic as always and not their fault...
