Amazing cocktail bar focused on the wide variety inherent in Amari - think things like Aperol and Campari and Montenegro and Averna and many many others, each unique, with a few loose styles. Jeff the bartender uses his encyclopedic knowledge of the range of Amari to craft inventive cocktails. Even if you aren’t normally a bitter palate person give it a go.
Was served by Nicole and Anna who were absolutely excellent. If you’re in Seattle and have some free time, I would highly recommend spending and hour or two trying some Amaro based cocktails. Staff is immensely knowledgeable of their craft and super easy to talk with.
I’ve been here many times, but most recently this past weekend, and was served by the lovely Anna. Service here can sometimes feel a little impersonal and rushed, but, Anna took excellent care of our small party and made us feel welcome. Thank you! And watch out for Chads everywhere ;)
