Amazing cocktail bar focused on the wide variety inherent in Amari - think things like Aperol and Campari and Montenegro and Averna and many many others, each unique, with a few loose styles. Jeff the bartender uses his encyclopedic knowledge of the range of Amari to craft inventive cocktails. Even if you aren’t normally a bitter palate person give it a go.
Was served by Nicole and Anna who were absolutely excellent. If you’re in Seattle and have some free time, I would highly recommend spending and hour or two trying some Amaro based cocktails. Staff is immensely knowledgeable of their craft and super easy to talk with.

I went there for a date and had a wonderful time enjoying new foods, drinks, and flavors. They even had a Malort cocktail!
Highly recommend if you like more intimate locations and being directly at the bar.
