I stop going to this location because they did an “update” on their sizing for drinks. Ive been ordering the same drinks for years and maybe visit every 2 weeks. When I order the MEDIUM drink they gave me a SMALL size. I complained I ordered a Medium and the workers told me its the “new” sizes. I believed it. Then I visited 2 other locations in Southcenter Mall & Commons Mall. NEVER CHANGE cup sizing. The sizing at the other locations did NOT down grade.

Today I ordered a Large and Medium milkshake on the app, and I attached a screenshot of how many FL OZ I should have gotten. When I got to the store to pick up my order I asked the women working there if these were a medium and large drinks? she replied yes to my question, and when I opened up my bag the medium looked like a small and the Large looked like a medium, But to support my clam i decided to weight them on my food scale to make sure I wasn’t being pushy and to my surprise I was right. I never had a problem with this location giving me the wrong sizes and amount I paid for, but the last 2-4 visits I came here I had this same problem. I’m not sure if they’re actually out of stock of their Large 32oz cups but is been a pattern I’ve noticed. The milkshake was still good, but if I’m paying for the large or a medium option I should get what I’m paying for. I don’t know if I’ll continue my business with this company unless they fix or change this situation. Thank you.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times and the employees are always so friendly & the store is always clean. I had a small mishap when I ordered a quart and the owner reached out promptly and corrected it very quickly. I’ve been to other locations but this one is always my favorite because of the consistency of their product.
Came in and the teenaged girl scooped my friend and I's ice cream with no gloves on and her nasty chipped nail polish on her dirty nails grossed me out even more.

I used to work at a store in the area and would come by a couple times. The last time I went I wanted to get what was labeled lemon sherbet, it was not in fact lemon. It was peach, I’m highly allergic to peach. I tried calling to tell them the mistake no one picked up. I went over the next day to tell them and they blew me off and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I will not be coming back
