Upset that the hand packed pints and quarts aren't full anymore. According to staff its by weight now. For that price it should actually be packed. Only place that has the bubble gum ice cream I love.
The nice employees here are attentive to every customer's orders, because they have online orders, walk-in orders, phone orders, drop-off requests and pick-up orders, and of course their best offering in my opinion is their ice cream cakes. And they're open late. And who knows what else they have which I'm forgetting now.
Best ice cream in Seattle
Friendly staff, great selection of ice cream. I love how they have new flavors everytime we stop by. Their most recent flavor is Ube Coconut. I was able to get a sample and it was delicious. The coconut was a bit overpowering but still tasted good.
I will never leave baskin and robins their ice cream is so AMAZING, I went with my son and daughter to get them ice cream and left with a smile on their faces.
The Asian owners were saying racist things in their language as I walked in. Not coming back here. I know I don’t need to say what my skin looks like.
Servers don’t wear gloves while serving. The lady was preparing someone’s birthday cake without wearing any gloves and to top it all was rubbing her nose. Disgusting! Never ever going back here.
went here with my boyfriend who has a nut allergy and asked her to wash the scooper. she rudely acknowledged what i asked her... clearly never washed it since his throat started scratching in the car. not trying to be a karen but like some people are severely allergic sooooo kinda wasted $6 on a milkshake he couldn’t drink.
Terrible customer service. Waiting in line just for another customer to come in behind me and be served before me. Floor is so sticky and dirty I almost walked up out my shoes. Definitely won't be back to this one..
I smell burning waffle cones and it was quite a turn off. Ice cream did not taste very fresh and is had a chemical taste. Disappointing Baskin-Robbins experience

I didn't know what to get but the ice-cream man gave me a cool recommendation.
In my own opinion , the location to this baskin robbins is terrible but the service was great, very patient with my little one

Typical baskin robbins. Overpriced ice cream with each flavor having a hint of freezer burnt flavor.
Going on a hint from Diana H. that was passed through Erin R., I tried the peanut butter cup last night. Well, what REALLY happened was that I tried the butter pecan (an old standby for me), which was lovely, and then tried *Erin's* peanut butter cup ice cream that was so wonderful, I went and got seconds on my own. I had gorgeous frozen bibbons of mildly salty peanut butter and these great little mini peanut bitter cups strewn throughout (my peanut-butter-cup-to ice cream ratio was great though Erin's was less so). It was a wonderful, pigletty, way to spend the last couple of hours of Erin's birthday with her. The only concern is that the place seemed to be overrun by speed addicts of every kind. Go, 'cause the ice cream's good, but don't take your friend in NA.
