I stopped by Old Log Cabin Distillery recently and picked up a few spirits for gifts—they are great quality and we love giving local gifts. I appreciated how helpful the staff are. It’s obviously a place run by people who care about their product and their customers. We’re also loving this coffee liqueur during all this crazy weather! Cheers!

Loved checking out Old Log Cabin Distillery! I got to try several different spirits while there, and I was super impressed by everything. The cocktail menu is excellently crafted and showcases their products well. Delicious pizza too. Seems like a great place to for a group hang!

A simple sign at the entrance that orders should be placed at the bar, or even better a quick hello from the bartender , would go a long away as we stood awkwardly at the entrance for a few minutes waiting for some sort of acknowledgment or greeting on a slow night. Eventually we came to read the very full chalkboard where someplace on it, blending with everything else, was instructions to order at the bar.
The pizza was amazing, and the guy working the pizza area was very nice. Order separate counters for food and drink. Bus your own table.
I like that you can custom order the cocktail flights.
Overall, seemed like they have some happy regulars but as a new local in the area I was hoping to find my go-to spot and did not feel very welcome. Perhaps it is different earlier in the day if they are doing tours!

Old Log Cabin Distillery in Interbay is a genuine Seattle craft maker dedicated to small-batch, handcrafted spirits. Their award-winning products, like their signature bourbon, showcase a meticulous, hands-on process that you can truly taste. As a local brand myself, I especially appreciate how strongly they support and champion the Pacific Northwest's handmade community. Highly recommend visiting their welcoming tasting room!

The bartender was an expert on so many aspects of the distillery and how to make cocktails. If you like craft cocktails, this is the place to go.

If you haven’t been, go! I’m one of those people who drove by too many times without stopping in. Katarina, the bartender, has created an amazing bar program. Her knowledge of ingredients and local makers is extensive. Ben, the head distiller, has created some bourbons and gins, that are a must try. (We don’t get tot the vodka). The cocktail flights were a nice addition to the usual spirit flights. The new coffee liqueur is perfect! I am super particular about my coffee and the balance of bourbon, coffee and sweetness is an absolute must. Buy a bottle, now!

Excellent experience each time we go to OLC. I am always happy to see Ben the head distiller, I enjoy learning about Whiskey and I like to taste as well.
They also make cocktails. Parking is not hard in this area. I always have a great experience when I go to this distillery. I have several of their newest releases.
We will be back for sure.

Had the bourbon flight, an old fashioned and a manhattan. They were all excellent. Catalina was a joy to interact with. She is very knowledgeable about the spirits.

Decent cocktails, a bit overpriced for the location, you would expect more of a brewery next to a pizza place… so nice twist, handcrafted cocktails more about the fuzz than the mixology, overall good trade off for a cozy dinner!
