Super fun moody bar with an amazing selection. James is a knowledgeable bartender and can craft something up you’ll enjoy. Highly recommend!

A super fun vibe in a cool part of town. Our server, Taylor, was an absolute gift. Her warm welcome and genuine hospitality took our experience to a 10/10 🙌🏼 interesting cocktails, fun atmosphere, and overall good time. One more time, shoutout to TAYLOR!

Love the space, love the selection and enjoyed the cocktails but unfortunately all that was a little overshadowed by the service.

At first things were great. Server was friendly with lots of helpful insight and suggestions. First round was great and we decided to try something new. Our server made a suggestion to which I said I wasn’t feeling that option, and instead was looking for something else. She said “ok” and left.

Later returned with the cocktail I said no to, and another. The cocktail I don’t want wasn’t great, the one I did ask for wasn’t that great either but just powered through. Things got busy and we tried multiple times to stop her before finally letting her know of the mistake.

Not sure if she took offense to the miscommunication but after that she seemed to brush us off.

I’m sure it was likely an off night so need to give it another chance.

Great bar with spot on vibes — ambience, atmosphere, not too loud music, intimate sitting. We didn’t have luck with cocktails but I think it might have been our choice problem.

Hidden down a Belltown alley, this cozy speakeasy nails the vibe; dim, intimate, and full of charm. The bartender was amazing and knowledgeable, crafting incredible cocktails that were as unique as they were delicious. Perfect spot for a drink or two after dinner.

Came in on a Monday night and had the rail to enjoy with good company from other patrons, the staff, and bartender. The bartender was amiable and super knowledgeable about spirits and made us feel more than welcome. Had an absolutely killer cocktail and listened to about 20 killer tracks on a custom playlist from the bartender and this gal knows music. Yummy old fashions and great tunes - good times! Would 100% recommend - I will be returning.

James and Taylor made our night a memorable experience!
The drinks were outstanding, the drinks were unforgettable, and the quality of the service was undeniable. I will be back whenever I am in Seattle. I truly cannot recommend this bar enough! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Slightly disappointed with the cocktails - they weren't mixed well and the flavors didn't come together like they should have. That said, the atmosphere was really cool with that authentic speakeasy vibe. The space is beautiful and historic, located in the basement boiler room of a former hotel with that warm, inviting multi-level layout. Friends have had great experiences on prior visits, so maybe it was just an off night. The place definitely nails the ambiance and has a wide selection of liquors from around the globe. Just wish the execution on the drinks matched the setting better.

We sat at the table upstairs next to the bar. It was not very busy and so service was pretty fast. The cocktail I orderd was good. The atmosphere was cool. The entrance was hard to find and quite sketchy. I personally wouldn't go here at a busy time or with a large group.

Amazing handcrafted drinks!!! I had the Vivarium drink and it was the best drink I’ve had in any bar. But beware. Now that I go to other bars, every drink I have sucks, and my life is ruined. I don’t live close enough to just go here, so now my life is never the same. I wish I had never come here and lived my life of ignorance and cheap bar drinks.

Tourist trap. Rude service. Overrated with rude ownership. Save yourself the stress and give your patronage to another Belltown establishment.

This used to be my favorite spot in Seattle. The drinks, atmosphere, and vibe is top tier. Over the last year the service has changed dramatically. While the front door guy is nice and charismatic, there is a waitress with an interesting attitude who I won't name or describe that others in reviews have complained about. 3 guests I brought on different occasions have mentioned it too. It's crazy how a bad interaction can change up the vibe for a whole night. For now, I'll have to find a new go-to in Seattle/belltown.
