Had an uncomfortable experience with the female server on 1-25-26. My partner and I come here probably once every year and it’s usually a good time. A couple times I’ve asked the server to concoct whatever cocktail the bartender thinks is good or feels like making. They also advertise this as a fun concept on their website. Which it is! However, tonight when I ordered my drink I let the server know that the bartender could make whatever drink they liked cause I couldn’t decide on one. The server very rudely said “umm no, we don’t that here. You can tell me what drink you actually want and I can ring that in because we don’t want to remake a drink when you don’t like it”. It was superrrrr awkward and rude. So as she hovered over me as I tried to quickly look over the menu she asked what liquor I wanted and of course they’re a gin bar so I said gin and she rudely replied “see now your getting somewhere, it helps when you actually know what you want”. 💀. I’ve never wanted to KMS more than in this instance. And I was with a group of people and we were all silent when she left cause she was so off putting. Rather than coming here I would highly recommend you guys try Canon especially if you’re looking for the same upscale bar experience where they make amazing drinks with equally amazing atmosphere where you also won’t have to worry about getting mugged in the ally. They’ll even make the bartenders favorite!

A super fun vibe in a cool part of town. Our server, Taylor, was an absolute gift. Her warm welcome and genuine hospitality took our experience to a 10/10 🙌🏼 interesting cocktails, fun atmosphere, and overall good time. One more time, shoutout to TAYLOR!

Love the space, love the selection and enjoyed the cocktails but unfortunately all that was a little overshadowed by the service.
At first things were great. Server was friendly with lots of helpful insight and suggestions. First round was great and we decided to try something new. Our server made a suggestion to which I said I wasn’t feeling that option, and instead was looking for something else. She said “ok” and left.
Later returned with the cocktail I said no to, and another. The cocktail I don’t want wasn’t great, the one I did ask for wasn’t that great either but just powered through. Things got busy and we tried multiple times to stop her before finally letting her know of the mistake.
Not sure if she took offense to the miscommunication but after that she seemed to brush us off.
I’m sure it was likely an off night so need to give it another chance.
