Intimate, hidden bar with a solid menu of gin drinks. Staff is friendly and the drinks are good. Fun for a unique night out in an interesting, older building with a real decorative bathtub inside. Definitely feels like a taste of Old Seattle.

The service here is abysmal. The server was incredibly rude and made the whole experience awful. I’ve never experienced such rude service

Went through there before an event to just order some drinks. Blonde waitress was rude to our group and condescending. Will not ever return and will not recommend to anyone. Service was slow to boot and they only serve drinks so what was even the hold up. Entitled Seattle Snobs.

So much gin

cozy vibe, quiet, secluded, feels like you're in a library (but are of course aloud to chat). Drinks were amazing as well 👌🏻✨️

It's a filthy place. I don't know how the management of this bar can operate in such a dirty environment. Embarrassing to invite someone here. The smell and entrance are the worst I have ever seen. There are other good bars around better to avoid this.

After my first time seeing a hockey game in Seattle, I was looking forward to experiencing a speak easy bar and chose this bar because of the atmosphere and good vibes. I never felt so disappointed in not feeling welcomed as I travel a lot to enjoy the smallest things in life. I totally understand a bar being busy but instead if saying to me it is not going to happen in a certain tone , perhaps giving other positive suggestions would have been a better way of saying it to me as I wanted to enjoy my last night here in Seattle with my friends on a good note. Please do better next time.

Horrible place, was looking forward to checking this place out as we own a Speakeasy in Canada. We were told at the door “ ya it’s not going to happen”

No explanation as to why when we asked, guy was icky about it. Don’t waste your money going here.

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review, ever. Was looking forward to stopping in for a drink, it’s a small place and there was 6 of us so I understand fitting a group in a “speakeasy”. However, there was no problem solving from the doorman/staff, no service, we were just told “it was happening for us tonight”. We could gone in groups of 2/3 anything, no alternatives were offered. We showed up at 10:30pm and the place closes at 2am. Walked over to the cottontail and had some delicious drinks (also located in an alley) and we weren’t meant with a pretentious attitude. Been to a lot of speakeasy’s and bars and this is my first review.

Perfect place for underage drinking :) went a couple weeks ago. While I was there I noticed no one was checking IDs at the entrance after we came in. There was one guy working there who made people feel uncomfortable and was bothering a few girls.
Drinks were okay but very crowded in there.

Cool hidden bar, a bit hard to find, make sure when you turn into the alley you have to walk approximately 20 feet in to find the entrance. Drinks were good, service is a bit slow and it looked like our server had all the tables in the bar. Cozy, intimate atmosphere. Would return.

Cute little spot for drinks before dinner or a show. Opens at 5pm. We read that the entrance is sometimes difficult to find but it is located in the alley and it's very not assuming. Don't expect a bright sign on the building identifying the entrance. It's just a door with the logo on it and an alley near a pay parking lot.

Bathtub Gin is a true speakeasy, it was so hard to find that a local homeless guy had to show us how to get there, and you get in through an unmarked door in an alley. So if you are in the area I would definitely check it out great espresso martinis.
