We spent the weekend in the West Seattle area and ate here twice in that time. The space is comfy and cute, the staff were fabulous and warm, and the food was incredible. Pictured is the breakfast sandy with greens and avocado added, on the croffle (it’s a croissant smashed in a waffle maker and it will change your life).

This is the best place in Seattle for waffles, drinks, and good vibes! From out of town and come here every morning for breakfast when we visit. Tried a good amount of their menu and the veggie croffle is hands down the best! Lots of vegan, vegetarian and even gluten free options! Run by such friendly people, cannot recommend this place enough ?

I took a bite of a Belgian waffle here and it was like I was trying a waffle for the first time. That’s a waffle done right! The espresso and chai were great too, not overly sweet. And the plants in the back set the vibe. All in all, amazing little place. I’ve been driving past for years and am so glad I stopped in. Bebop Waffle Shop for the win!

Food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. However, the staff were rude, frustrated, and seemed displeased with the shop being so busy and crowded. The place is on the corner of a busy area with a good amount of tourists and locals. There about 12 seats inside and they are first come first taken! It was very crowded with standing room only. Unfortunately, due to weather, outside seating was no feasible.

Extremely disappointed by the service, attitude and the entitlement. Firstly it takes them a while to even acknowledge you and then they’ll proceed to talk over you as you try to order resulting in them forgetting parts of your order. Had to clean the tables ourselves before we eat and then the waitress spilling the drink and proceeding to laugh and telling US where the napkins are to clean up her mess. Drinks are poorly made and food is mid too. Waffle was decent.
This is one of the sweetest spots in West Seattle. Fresh food and funky waffles, a great mix of folks working there, laid back and casual - sharing the space with a great florist/plant shop!
I had high hopes, but the food didn't live up to my expectations for the price. Even though I was asked whether I wanted my chai iced or hot, I got neither. I would have preferred to get the wrong order rather than lukewarm chai. Service was slow as well.

This place has a feeling of an upgraded all American diner, with excellent coffee. I try different food each time, love the morning hamwich, salmon sandy. Haven't tried the sweet waffle offerings, wish they had something a bit on the sour side and with fresh fruit.

They stopped doing the sliced turkey options, so their carnivore menu is pretty much all pork. That just means, I get something without. Same nice staff, decent service, fast turn around, and fresh fresh waffles.
