Flakey and buttery croissants as they should be. It's a little pricey, but tis seattle..

Pastries are not good and coffee tastes watered down.

Bad coffee. The espresso shouldn't spray out for 8 seconds pull. One of the worst cortado I've ever had

They post hours of when they are open. Then are not open during those hours. It was 50/50 if they were open last few months, but the last few weeks between 8-11am I’ve never seen their doors open.

I work in this building and after the third time going downstairs between 8-11am and their doors being closed back in January, I made it a choice to never go there again. And I make it a point to encourage coworkers to go elsewhere or if they suggest getting coffee/food there, I make it a point to make us go somewhere else.

It would just be nice if a business posted hours of operation and was actually open during those hours 🙃

Would not recommend this cafe. I know firsthand why not to stop here for a latte and a croissant. First of all, the hours are super inconsistent; one day open until 1pm, another day open till noon, and sometimes they’ll close even earlier than that. I have heard several customers complain about the inconsistent business hours. Additionally, in my opinion and allegedly, there was a period of time where the floors were not mopped for 3 whole months straight, and that is not the only cleaning task that frequently gets skipped. Poorly managed, the pastries are often served multiple days old (again, in my opinion based on the available information I have). Don’t even stop in for a water because I have never seen the dispenser cleaned in six months, and they don’t even change the water, just put ice on top from the ice bin, which is also filthy. You’ll be better off at Starbucks, where they clean daily, always close at the same time, the pastries aren’t stellar, but at least fairly consistent, and they train their employees promptly on the jobs they’ll be performing. I know I was better off at Starbucks too.

If you want hot water that costs $5, order tea here. Ordered an Earl Grey and a London Fog and both came out barely steeped with a tiny amount of milk. What tea flavor I could detect tasted like the cheap Bigelow brand. The pastries looked burnt so I didn’t even bother. Wish I’d guessed the tea would be similarly disappointing and saved my money. At least the shop was clean and the barista offered to remake my drink (it wasn’t any better the second time.) I really want to enjoy this place but it’s gone downhill in the last year.

This is a nice cafe. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This cafe’s only entrance is inside the lobby of a large office building, so one must walk through any entrance of the building to find it. There are tables and chairs for cafe patrons inside and outside the cafe. This cafe has numerous pastries and espresso drinks. I ate the chocolate croissant, which was a good croissant with a nice strip of chocolate in the middle. After eating I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this bakery five stars because it has good chocolate croissants in a beautiful office tower lobby.

The cafe is a little difficult to find since it's inside a large building but the service was great. The atmosphere was nice as well, not too busy not too empty.

Best chocolate croissants in the city. Love the people that work here as well. It has become something I sincerely look forward to on the days that I come into the office. I know Carolyn and the team put a lot of work into the pastries and it shows. I'm inclined to go make peace with the Madison location just so I can enjoy the croissants more often.

Needs more better food selections. However, the tea is fine.
