I had never been to a Ben & Jerry's scoop shop before last night, and I must say it could arguably be better than the pints sold in grocery stores! However, it's more expensive.
The employees at this location are wonderfully friendly.
It's definitely worth a stop for a greater selection than you will typically find on the shelves of your supermarket if you want a single serving of an indulgent treat.
Dietary restrictions: Ben & Jerry's has done a wonderful job at expanding their dairy free selection both on the shelves and in their scoop shops. There are plenty of options, including milkshakes and ice cream flavors.

Went in to get ice cream with my 3 year old and we were told that we could only sample one flavor. I had to get the flavor I sampled on and it wasn’t a good choice. Wish we could at least tried one more flavor. Also, it feels that the teenage boy who worked there was not very friendly and it felt like he treated me and my daughter different because we are Asian. Probably won’t go back again considering that the staff was not friendly and we felt being treated differently from others.

Cutest location in the little shopping center by the lake, but the ice cream was subpar. Buying the frozen containers at a grocery store tastes better.

This store is always packed. Ice creams are great! There isn’t much seating spaces indoor, but plenty of space outside.

It's Ben & Jerry's, so it's a given that the ice cream will be good and it is. However, if you're in a good mood and enjoying a nice sunny day, you might not want to come here. The staff seem to go out of their way to make it painfully obvious that your mere existence is ruining their day. Sure, they'll scoop the ice cream but they'll complain through it and make you regret ordering a single scoop in a waffle cone. But I digress.

Koupie (spelling?) was awesome, chill, and super knowledgeable about our options! Great experience and then got to enjoy our cones out in the sunny patio!

$26 for 4 1 scoop ice creams (the smallest size) won’t be back.
I go to this specific Ben and Jerry’s location very often as I am never dissatisfied with what I get and it never fails to be extremely good. The workers are always very nice and most of the flavors are fully stocked and fresh most of the time. (I suggest “the tonight dough”, “phish food”, or “marshmallow sky” as those are my personal favorites.).
