BEST NON-DAIRY in the state! (Piper gives outstanding customer service.) 2 flavors to choose from. Strawberry is my favorite. Choc chip cookie dough is great as well.

Ice cream was fine 😔

I encourage management to clarify their youth hiring policies, train staff on professional communication, and ensure compliance with state employment laws regarding minors.

I came in here with my kid and the ice cream was amazing. There were about five kids behind the counter so I asked what age Ben & Jerry’s begins hiring, (since it was clear that some employees were under 18). Before the young woman I addressed could answer, Some loud, obnoxious, nerdy, little blonde girl, with glasses, started squawking over the young woman I was asking in the background, ‘that even though they could hire under the age of 18, they specifically were only looking for 18-year-olds at this time’.

That response not only contradicted the company’s own hiring practices, but also resulted in my 15-year-old experiencing age-based exclusion directly to his face. This was his first personal interaction with age discrimination, and it left a negative impression during what should have been a positive family outing.

Relevant Washington Laws
• RCW 49.12.121 – Establishes employment standards for minors, allowing those 14 and older to work in certain jobs with proper authorization.
• RCW 49.12.020 – Protects employees from unfair labor practices and requires fair treatment in hiring and employment.

Very bad service. They need some training in basic communication. I called in advance and sent my kid in to purchase and delayed me by 20 min. Told him there was no reservation. Terrible.

One of my favorite ice creams to buy at a store and it’s so great that I can walk into this shop and get one on a cone or cup! Super friendly service, great tasting ice cream that fills your sweet cravings.

It's small and pretty busy. There are a few tables and not much space to even get past other customers. The staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of menu choices including milkshakes and other drinks. The ice cream was delicious, we had lemonade dairy free ice cream, chocolate and mint chocolate chunk.

Disappointing Experience

Staff were inattentive and unfriendly. My banana split was carelessly made, the banana looked like it was just thrown in. No effort, no help. Definitely not the experience you'd expect from Ben & Jerry's. Not recommended you're better off buying ice cream from the supermarket.
