One star based on customer service. It wasn’t busy, yet it took 10min to get a single scoop of ice cream. Made eye contact with the girl in the front multiple times as she just stood there while I was waiting at the counter. After standing there awkwardly as we kept making eye contact, she finally asked if I was ready to order. There were 3 workers and it felt like none of them wanted to be there and didn’t want to serve ice cream.

Wow, what a disappointment. I ordered a waffle bowl with 1 scoop and the proportion was about 1/2 of a kids scoop. I usually can’t finish a whole scoop of Ben and Jerry’s at other locations, but this took me, I kid you not, 3 min. I feel like I just wasted $9. Definitely the worst Ben and Jerry’s location out there.

The staff is so nice, and the location is perfect for a date or after dinner snack! We love to get a small size with two flavors and sit by the water. There's usually a line, but it goes quick!

I ordered a hot fudge sundae, but it was served without any hot fudge. To make matters worse, I experienced a stomach ache after eating the ice cream, indicating that something was not fresh. This is unacceptable!
