Earlier today I tried the regional cuisine in their vibrant space and was impressed by how promptly the staff attended to my table. The service was consistently attentive, making sure each course arrived at the right temperature and checking in without being intrusive. Overall, the experience felt well organized and pleasant

The staff was top-tier and the food was fabulous. They had a bit of a wait to be seated, but you are encouraged to relax in the hotel lobby until called. The lobby itself was quite comfortable. Possibly the single most enjoyable cinnamon roll I've had in my entire life.

With lots of available table we had to wait over 30 minutes anyway. Had carnitas bowl, had burped all day and felt nauseous… not sure what they put in it to cause such an issue. Not a good experience with this place.

Walked in on a Saturday for brunch, hostess said it would be a 45 minute wait so she’d “text us” when our table is ready. We came back 35 minutes later and waited patiently, at least another half hour. We understand those who had reserved are prioritized, however, she was going up to the customers waiting behind us who came in after we did and directly told them their tables were ready. This kept happening to multiple customers who walked in after us, so we decided to follow up and she said next clean tables were for us. Instead of turning around and directly telling us ‘our table was ready’ like we saw her do to every other customer who walked in after us, she actually texted us. Lol. She was well aware we were standing there the entire time since she kept walking by us seating everyone else except for us. 🫩

Nonetheless it was a very weird vibe from this hostess. We got the feeling she was picking and choosing who she wanted to seat first instead of following the list in the screen in-front of her. She had a smile the entire time but that doesn’t make her service right/fair. Please learn to be a better human being to everyone.

Upside, our server was great! Food was decent, but definitely not worth the wait.

I had such a great experience at Ben Paris! Not only was the food absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I needed help with getting a missing receipt, and they handled it quickly and kindly without any hassle. It really showed how much they care about their guests. Between the delicious food, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service, I can’t recommend Ben Paris enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

very fun and nice place to bring people to!! i feel like a lot of the breakfast/brunch places in seattle are very mediocre but ben paris truly exceeded my expectations:) the interior is beautiful with the open kitchen and layout of mem furniture as well as the beautiful murals. we ordered the espresso martini, paldean adventure and the juice box to start. they are all very good and would recommend them all! for food, we ordered the ricotta pancakes, chicken sando, and the ben paris breakfast. the ricotta pancakes were phenomenal but i don't think i could finish it as they're very rich whereas i would recommend the other two dishes are they're so delicious and filling. would definitely come again to bring people especially those visiting seattle!!

Go somewhere else. Trust me.

Drinks were horrible. Bottom burger bun was dunked in water before being plated - I've never had a burger bun THAT soggy before in my life. Very overpriced for what you get. Not sure why this place has such good reviews.

On a positive note, the fries were good and our waiter was very friendly.

Food was way overpriced. You're better off going to the waterfront and eating, more choices not quite as expensive.

Service and atmosphere are good but the food and drinks are kind of forgettable for the price. They also charge a 3% surcharge on top of tax and tip.

Celiac sufferers beware! Had at least two items we confirmed were not gluten free marked as gluten free in the menu. Specifically the duck confit and the fried halumi. The manager said they would change it in the menu but here’s hoping they actually follow through. While I appreciated they offered to remake the duck, by that point my sister was already dealing with the impact of the flour in the gravy and couldn’t eat. We had to ask explicitly for her meal to be taken off the bill. The wait staff was incredibly distracted and my steak was tough as shoe leather, plus they didn’t provide anything other than a butter knife. I’ve never seen a medium rare steak served so overcooked before, maybe one slice was medium. The entire meal was a disappointment.

I do recognize they were busy but it took a long time to get my mocha, we never got water refills, and what is causing me to leave a review is that they overcooked my fathers food and he sent it back but they only took half the price off the bill instead of the whole item which is unacceptable to me. If it is the restaurants fault that food is not eaten, they should take full responsibility. The waitress even acknowledged that it was overcooked.
