I was really disappointed with the chicken wings—it tasted like leftovers that had been sitting for days. Definitely not what I expected for a freshly prepared meal. Salmon was ok. Hope the restaurant improves its quality control.

Bentoful is great! Just wish there is one meat (chicken / beef) option that is not sweetened (think the chicken topping from chipotle) then I would be going every day! All the meats today are marinated in sweet teriyaki

Lunch with a lecture! When they say 2 salmon slices of person, they judge it based on who's paying. Doesn't matter if it is three slices across two clearly distinct meals. That said, the chefs know what they're doing and the quality is always very good!

My husband and I stumbled on this place during one of our visits to Seattle and now we go out of our way to stop at this place when we visit! Tons of options, always quick and delicious.The last time we were there we met the owner An and she was so sweet. She gave us some samples of other dishes we didn't order and even some baked goods from her coffee shop next door.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a delicious lunch option downtown!

They have a self service salad/hot bar set-up now, really convenient! Owner and staff are always so nice! All the comments about bad service are bc some people can't follow directions properly (employees had to repeatedly remind people to print their tickets). Since it's self service now, I don't think that's an issue anymore.

A restaurant where you can enjoy Korean food in a buffet style! The name of the store may sound like a Japanese restaurant, but it is a restaurant that focuses on Korean food~~ And the owner is awesome! The coffee you make together is also great!!

Food was okay but the staff here are extremely rude. My friend and I came here for lunch today. This was our first time being here. While figuring out what’s on the menu today, the staff just rushed us to get in the line and go place our orders at the kiosks. They asked us to print out the receipt. We accidentally press the option of no receipt as it’s not an intuitive system, and the pressure from the staff was pretty overwhelming. One of the staff came over and YELLED at us, saying “didn’t I just ask you to print the receipt? I only gave you one single task and you couldn’t do it”. Hey, if you want every customer to print out the receipt, how about you updating your silly kiosk system by removing the option of no receipt so you don’t have to YELL at your customer when they forget? The food portion of a small bento was very small. Food was really just okay. If you are in the area, don’t waste your money here. Go for food trucks in SLU. I believe you will be treated better and have more decent food.
