I understand being understaffed or that I came here on a Tuesday morning. But I also saw that it wasn’t busy at all and even people waiting before me started to leave. I wanted to give this place a chance since I used to love coming here. It’s just sad that I couldn’t even enjoy Beth’s again. Was sat and waited 15-20 minutes and no one came to take our drink order or anything. I’m sorry if Beth’s is having an issue with staffing, but I left super disappointed.

I INTENTIONALLY DONT consume eggs for YEARS as I live in Houston and conserve my egg eating for going to Beth’s . The 12 egg omelette feeds a table and is worth every penny. The bathrooms are well, different with writing on the walls and such. My husband has never been to Seattle and I’m trying to talk him into it this summer - so he will be in for a treat! We don’t have a place like this here as everything f is yuppiefied !

If you love a filling American breakfast, this place is a must stop for breakfast in Seattle. Unlimited hashbrowns for almost anything on the menu and 6 or even 12 egg omelettes!!

Over 15 min before our order was taken. Over 20 min waiting for our food. Then gave me the wrong order. We waited even longer for thr check!!! What's ridiculous and absurd is this experience cost $100!! Won't be coming back. Ever!!!!!

It's got a lot of personality. The definition of greasy spoon.

Oh Beth's, how I love you, let me count the ways:
1. Your 12 egg omelettes are amazing, and never disappoint, albeit a little pricey these days. Whether it's to cure a hangover or go out for Sunday breakfast with the family, they always hit the spot!

2. The buttery, salty, and slightly crunchy deliciousness that is Beth's hashbrowns is cause enough to get excited, but learning that they are bottomless with an omelette has me writing poems about them.

3. The pictures on the walls always give us talking points and a few laughs. You have some talented customers!

4. Although you have polished your image over the years, you still remain one of the last bastions of old 90s Seattle.

5. All of your food is amazing: from the omelets, breakfast burgers, and waffles, to friendship bread and coffee, I am not afraid of occasionally straying from the omelettes because I know I am in good hands.

Seriously folks, if you haven't tried Beth's Cafe, give them a try.

Heard about this on MvF so decided to try it out. Omelet was good, cheesey and stuffed but the hash browns were bland even with a dash of salt.
Waffle was a tad dry so I ended up using more butter than I normally would. Service was good quick and pleasant.

Beth's is a long Seattle mainstay diner that has been open for many years serving the community. They serve up generous portions, bottomless coffee, and a wide variety of breakfast diner fare and lunch items. The place has character, and they post everyone's crayon artwork on the walls (young and old alike). Service is excellent, and people there are very friendly. The food is breakfast diner food done right, and you get unlimited hashbrowns with your meals so come hungry. Even the so called "mini breakfast" is quite substantial. Considering many brunch places charge twice has much for much less food, this is a welcome and much needed service in the community. I hope Beth's stays open for years to come.

Parking: Parking is a bit tricky here. You have to drive and park in the streets/neighborhoods behind Beth's not near or on Aurora typically.
