We shared the Mappo tofu noodles, the fried tofu bao bun and the green onion pancake. The tofu bao bun was fine, better with the sweet chilli but I would probably skip it next time. The Mappo tofu noodles were incredible; a little spicy, super flavourful, it would be the perfect hangover meal. We messed up by coming here on day one because now we want to eat here every day of our trip! Side note, the Taiwanese lychee beer is crazy good. It’d be perfect in summer. I’ve been coming to this place for years and just recently started to get the vegan mapo tofu dish. Not to mention the marginal increase in price with the accompanying decrease of protein amount, biang biang only has two vegan options and they are both dry mix noodles. There are no vegan soup noodle options unfortunately so cold, rainy, days cannot be remedied with a bowl of hot soup noodles. That being said, I highly recommend the mapo tofu dry mix with either the vegetable dumplings or scallion pancake! Edit: CocktailShaker has informed me that there is a third option! Curry tofu dry mix! Updated from previous review on 2025-02-26

We came in on a Sunday afternoon and sat right away. Two floors of seating options. LOVED the flavoring on the vegetable dry rub noodles. I don’t do spicy so this was a great compromise. Egg was super yummy and loved the noodle texture and flavor as well as lots of cabbage. Husband loved the spicy chicken dry noodles too. Potstickers were good and I’d pass on popcorn chicken next time. Server was helpful and attentive.

This is my fave place to get takeout on Xmas Day. I’ve tried all 3 dry mix noodle options + the curry tofu is hands down my fave. I go extra spicy + still crave more of a kick, but I like that it doesn’t drown out the flavor. The dish comes w/3 long noodles + I always add an extra + split w/my partner. The house chili tofu is bland + the sauce is hella sweet, but I’ll admit I’ve ordered it more than once. The spring rolls come w/the same sauce, but they’re perfectly crispy + recommendable. I tried the bao once + once was enough.

Simply scrumptious. Passing through the area and was immediately swooned by their sign outside. I had the Cumin Lamb Dry Mix and it was excellent. The portions are very generous and they definitely don't skimp on the meat. There is no lack of that traditional spicy and numbing flavour. The noodles are as wide as a belt and the texture was perfect. It was saltier than my expectations, though. All in all an incredible meal.

The restaurant is on the small side, and filled up very quickly. When it's full it can feel rather crowded due the density of tables. The decor is very tastefully done. Parking is difficult to find.

got the pork rib dry noodles and honey wings. the noodles itself had an amazing homemade taste and texture; however, the taste was a bit underwhelming. the pork was so good tho... THE MEAT FELL RIGHT OFF THE BONE I WAS SOOOO HAPPY!!?!1!1!1!1! the honey wings were great as well. there was little to no spice, and the hint of sweetness was perfect. the texture was amazing as well; crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. those two dishes were enough for me and my friend.‼️ALSO! FYI! i was concerned abt accidentally getting the small noodles that i saw on one of the reviews here, and my waitress informed me they have only ever had those thick noodles so yeah‼️

Dietary restrictions: they have gluten free and veg options!

Service was horrid, instagram spot for the waiters if you can call them that. Noodles is unique but the dry is swimming in sauce. Seating is cafeteria style and they rush you out your table. I cannot fathom being a repeat customer at this place the service was infuriatingly bad and rude. Tried it once and that's good.

Nothing to do with authentic Biang Biang noodle. Tried both dry noodle and wet noodle and were very disappointed. Felt like all the stuff is pre-made and over-salted. And the noodle is over thick. Not recommend at all for Chinese noodle.
The beef and mutton were so marinated that you couldn't taste the original taste. The meat was also very dead. The seasoning was so salty that it felt like it was all a pre-cooked dish. The cumin mutton noodles turned out to be sweet and sour, and the spicy beef brisket noodles tasted like spicy hotpot buns.

We tried the Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix noodles with an extra noodle and egg, along with the Cucumber Salad, and Pork & Vegetable Handmade Dumplings. So, so delicious! Definitely try the dumplings with the curry sauce— top tier. Everything was seasoned so well and I loved how fresh, and filling everything was.

Everyone was super welcoming and the environment was super spacious with great music playing. Definitely recommend and will come back again.
