I’ve gotten the mapo tofu noodles with medium spice and they were really good! Curry tofu noodles with medium spice is amazing too. Very flavorful, perfectly prepared tofu, and great spice level. The noodles were also HUGE. Well worth the visit.

Chinese pulled wheat noodle place. Two tofu noodle options and one vegetable noodle option. Also has a tofu bun. Indoor seating, pretty popular, they have a tablet where you can add yourself to the waitlist.
Got the mapo tofu noodles to go, medium spicy. Was really delicious and flavorful, but more spicy then I was comfortable with.
We shared the Mappo tofu noodles, the fried tofu bao bun and the green onion pancake. The tofu bao bun was fine, better with the sweet chilli but I would probably skip it next time. The Mappo tofu noodles were incredible; a little spicy, super flavourful, it would be the perfect hangover meal. We messed up by coming here on day one because now we want to eat here every day of our trip!
Side note, the Taiwanese lychee beer is crazy good. It’d be perfect in summer.
