Big Chicken is a ripoff

Been there twice

Once they tried to short me sauces. When I said something they didn’t give them to me without blaming it on the app and making me give them the receipt which showed it was obviously their mistake

Second time I ordered two big chicken poppers and one bigger chicken poppers. I said one is supposed to be bigger. He took the bad back and said “they put a few more in”

The first young man that we dealt with was very nice, but the two young women were terrible! Not a good representation for the company at all. One woman would call out “Foo“ then the other woman would say “four“ if the foid order was for a white person. This is horrible!!
Now... The food.... Absolutely the worst chicken sandwich! My husband ordered a Spicy Memphis and it had no spice at all. I ordered a spicy slaw sandwich and it was more spicy than my husbands

We went here about 4pm today 3/24 The young man was very helpful we ordered the 5 piece strips & 2 mac & cheese 2 drinks The chicken & sauce was good but both the Mac & cheese where not warm & almost cold (YUCK) The guy came around & asked how everything was we told him about the mac&cheese he offered to get us new ones but we were over it. Not a big fan we won't be back
