Cold chicken tenders and crappy fries. For 18 dollars this is sad honestly and the worst ballpark food I've ever had in my life. Pick somewhere else for 18 dollars.

This is at the stadium so you pay a premium. Grossest garlic fries ever.

Cold limp fries with a disgusting amount of cold jarred garlic. Tiny chicken tenders that were falling apart. You'd think for $18 they could do better.

Benjah Raphael is an expert trader who's truly one of the smartest people alive. I took a small chance to invest with Benjah Raphael. He genuinely loves his customers. After six months, I had tripled my profits and am now the Vice President of IMEX General Trading and Services.

The Food and the Chicago Cubs memorabilia!
We ordered a deluxe burger about an hour before the game on 7/16/23 because it had pickles (plural) and a tomato slice. We got one tiny pickle slice, no tomato. I returned to the counter to get it corrected and was informed they were “Out of tomatoes. Sorry. Have a nice day.” I paid $3.00 for one slice of pickle on a hamburger that on a scale of 1-10 rated 2. They didn’t offer anything to offset this rip off! I will NEVER purchase food from Big League Burgers again, it’s a rip off!

Our server was great- once we got one. We got there at noon, the place was largely EMPTY and we had to ask after 30 minutes just sitting to see a server- one showed up 15 minutes later and she said no one told her she had our table. But she was a very good server. The kitchen NOT. The burger was ordered. It took another 30 minutes for food to come out. One burger and 3 Cobb Salads. The food must have been sitting there b/c burger and fries so COLD non edible. But given the last time we saw the server was the 45 minutes AFTER we were seated did not want to wait another 45 minutes to have redone. One of the salads was asked to delete the goat cheese due to allergy and was NOT done so I could not eat it. We asked for salad dressing on the side and it never arrived so another 30 min later I had to get up go find some just to get the dressing so the other 2 people could eat theirs. I was offered no redo or reimbursement so uneaten salad left on table. We were seated at noon. The game started at 1:10pm. We did not make it to our seats until the 3rd inning. No apologies and no one asked how order was after finally coming out so could not ask for burger to be reheated. We made our reservation on Open Table. The maddening thing was the place was one third full at most. We will NEVER go back. Terrible with exception our server was friendly and nice the one time we saw her when she took our order. Also we order 2 cokes and one bloody Mary and the drinks brought by someone else half way through meal. Unacceptable.
We had a reservation for noon but arrived at 12:05 due to crowds. A server did not come to our table until 12:25. Thanks not acceptable. He was friendly and helpful and our food came out relatively fast. Between two of us, we ordered nachos and two beers. With tip, the total was $68. I expected inflated prices as a ballgame, concert, etc. but this is totally not worth it. I would not recommend Hit It Here Cafe to a friend or anyone else.

Our Waiter, Sammy, is the G.O.A.T (Greatest of all time) and we were so happy to see him again!! It was actually too quiet because they were apparently having issues with the sound system within the stadium.... they were part way through the National Anthem before we noticed that they had started.... we couldn't hear them but saw the flag raised.... I barely had time to get my cap off and cover my heart before they finished. Food was great as usual and the Dad and daughter sitting next to us were fun to chat with. This was part of a great Father's Day present for me. Also, got to share the Open Table app with the Dad sitting next to me. Apparently, he paid a bundle of money for his reservation. What's up with that? Thanks Open Table!!
Had the first reservation for a group of 6 but was still seated far away from windows - disappointing
Excellent service and management. Phil, mgr, and Aleeta determined to provide better food quality than previous reservation. Fortunately the cafe was reasonably occupied. Perfect table location.
We were the first in and chose to sit where we could watch fielding practice through the big window. They had gluten free buns and they gave me carrot sticks since the fries are not gluten free. The only negative thing was that it was a very cold day and it didn't see like it was any warmer inside the cafe.
Our server Cody was quick with all requests. Very kind staff and great food. We were served our food quickly so we could get back to our seats. The kids had fun meals. It was a great time.
