I like the pizza BUT… Big Mario’s adds a 5% service charge that does NOT go directly to the servers. This is a way to hide and up charge instead of being honest with prices up front. And they avoid paying their staff all at the same time.

Staff are very friendly and the service is fast. Pizza is delicious and you can even hang out in the cool bar next door while you wait for your pizza to cook. I find they usually have really good selection of different pizza by the slice too. Best pizza in Whitecenter IMHO

I stopped in to grab a pizza by the slice. Pizza was a 10+. Crust was crispy yet chewy inside. Sauce, cheese and pepperoni was very tasty and fresh. Definitely a place to visit!

Absolutely disgusted. Big Mario's is well known for low tier quality, service and taste at a wildly inflated price but this was next level. Ordered 2 slices and apparently the guy never put them in. Served other people, including the person I was with. They had eaten most of their food by the time the employee realized. When he went to grab the slices to put in the oven, he dropped one and put it back in the case like nothing happened. I had to turn away because I was so furious I wanted to go off. He gave me the slices and I left then threw them away. Beyond gross. I hope no one got hepatitis or something from that. I expected terrible food, I didn't expect that. I will likely be contacting the health department about it this coming week.

Pasta craving satisfied. I tried a pizza slice ; the crust was perfect, but the pizza itself was bland. I ordered the garlic and fungi pizza. I tasted the mushroom and garlic, but it needed more sauce flavor, which it did not have.
