Billiard Hoang is a rare spot in Seattle where the quality and quantity of the meal was well worth the reasonable price. The space inside won't win any awards, but it was casual, relaxed and had pool tables if you want to play. The menu isn't the largest I've seen in the city for Pho, etc but it had more than enough to satisfy most people. The food we received was absolutely delicious - among the best Vietnamese fare I've had in the Seattle area. Absolutely will be back!

Hands-down the best Vietnamese spot I’ve come across in years. The food is excellent, the portions are big, prices are fair, the vibe inside is nice, and their customer service is as good as it gets.
I recently grabbed someone else’s to go order (my fault) and they straightened everything out quickly without a hassle and made sure I got my correct order.
Workers are great and very nice food is amazing no complaints

Great little spot for food and entertainment. They pool tables are nice and well taken care of. I got a Banh Mi and it was fantastic, though a little light. It makes sense because it's only $7, so it balances out. Great friendly service and laid back atmosphere. I'll be coming back soon
