Very kind hearted genuine people. They were very hospitable to my friends and I while we were getting their van fixed. The way we were treated; it's heart warming to know there's still good people like this in the world during these hard times.

We heard this little place had good viet food. We got the bun rieu and egg banh mi and were not disappointed!! Bun rieu was very flavorful. Banh mi bread was crisp and fresh and delicious! Very unassuming place from the outside. Seems like a fun place to hangout and play pool as well! I love finding places in seattle like this where viet is spoken more than english!

I come here somewhat regularly and have tried a few different dishes, every single one has been delicious. My favorite dish is the lemongrass chicken with rice. The spring rolls are another favorite. Service is consistently good and the staff are attentive without being overbearing. Always a great experience and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I love coming to Billiard Hoang. All the aunties and uncles that work here are so sweet; certainly the type to remember you and know what you’re going to order. I’m always so appreciative of their friendly service, and they’re so attentive.
I’ve eaten multiple dishes here, but my favorite things are the fish sauce chicken wings (call ahead half an hour in advance to have them ready for when you come in!), Spam & egg banh mi (so perfect, really), spiced roast chicken plate, and of course, their pho. Truly some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in general, and I’ve eaten at many a spot and have had home-cooked meals with Vietnamese friends’ families. The chicken wings, in particular, are probably some of, if not, the best I’ve ever had.
And gosh, do I LOVE playing pool here! To be honest, I don’t even know how much it costs per hour, but it doesn’t even matter because they know me and always give me a free hour. It’s so fun!!! It’s like being at your best friend’s house just passing the evening away, eating delicious food, having a beer or two, and playing your favorite game. And the uncles who work there are so funny, sweet, and cheer you on while you’re playing! Just a fun, familial atmosphere that feels comfortable & cozy. I love coming here and can’t imagine any bad words about this place. Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều to everyone that works here! Such a special place in Seattle. 💛

This is over of my new favorite places. Food was delicious, pool tables were fun to play. The whole place felt unpretentious but well executed.

Always a solid spot to stop in for a meal. You can’t go wrong with the pho, salad rolls, or banh mi—everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. The service is personable and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. A reliable go-to for delicious Vietnamese food.

This is one of my favorite Vietnamese places! Fair range of Vietnamese food that isn't typically found in just a pho shop. Food can sometimes be a hit or miss though. Chi Mai, one of the servers is the absolute best.

Unique setup and atmosphere that you need to experience in person. Tofu banh mi was much better than chicken which was a little too fishy in my opinion

Billiard Hoang is a rare spot in Seattle where the quality and quantity of the meal was well worth the reasonable price. The space inside won't win any awards, but it was casual, relaxed and had pool tables if you want to play. The menu isn't the largest I've seen in the city for Pho, etc but it had more than enough to satisfy most people. The food we received was absolutely delicious - among the best Vietnamese fare I've had in the Seattle area. Absolutely will be back!
