Billiard Hoang is a rare spot in Seattle where the quality and quantity of the meal was well worth the reasonable price. The space inside won't win any awards, but it was casual, relaxed and had pool tables if you want to play. The menu isn't the largest I've seen in the city for Pho, etc but it had more than enough to satisfy most people.
