Bagels are good, people are friendly but I haven't once been here and they not be superrr slow. I think they can really work on making their process more efficient

30 minute wait just to end up getting refunded because magically somehow they never made my order and ran out of everything. Good luck eating here if you ever get the chance

Love the selection at Blazing Bagels, especially the vegan options. They seemed understaffed last time I was there which resulted in a long wait for food, very crowded waiting area, undercooked food (non melted cheeze), and signage with progressively earlier closing hours. Hopefully they can fix their staffing issues because otherwise it’s a great place!

Got the jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Didn't like the bagel. So I told the barista my experience and asked if I can get a refund, she asked me to talk to the manager, he said he will give the refund and asked me wait for two seconds and left. Then after two seconds the same barista came back and told me she can't issue a refund. I tried to extend the conversation, but for everything I said she's responding that she can't understand what I was saying.
Won’t accept orders over the phone, won’t accept cash. Bagel oasis right up the road is way better

Good bagel but slow service. I see three people behind the counter and instead of coordinating together... It seems like they're in their own space. The line will back up very long. It has to be a more efficient way of taking an order... Making an order... Serving the next customer... In a streamlined fashion. Maybe one more person needs to be hired?
