Love the selection at Blazing Bagels, especially the vegan options. They seemed understaffed last time I was there which resulted in a long wait for food, very crowded waiting area, undercooked food (non melted cheeze), and signage with progressively earlier closing hours. Hopefully they can fix their staffing issues because otherwise it’s a great place!

Good bagel but slow service. I see three people behind the counter and instead of coordinating together... It seems like they're in their own space. The line will back up very long. It has to be a more efficient way of taking an order... Making an order... Serving the next customer... In a streamlined fashion. Maybe one more person needs to be hired?

A great find when looking for a bagel shop that has both savory and sweet options. Be warned they’re pretty tough and chewy, so anyone with dental issues or teeth sensitivity should be cautious. Overall will return and love that some of their proceeds this month go to Lambert House. ?
