Really glad I stumbled into this place during Seattle restaurant week. Everything we had was incredibly high quality and at a more than reasonable price for huge portions. The owner was also incredibly friendly and made sure to make our first meal here special!

I love this place. I’m so glad there’s another amazing sandwich place in Seattle and to boot that it’s only a block away from me! Jay is so gracious and talented and kind it is truly an honor to be able to eat his amazing food and support a small business that’s worth every penny. We have gotten the BBQ banh mi, the Cubano and Buffalo chicken. All bangers.

This place is pretty great! It’s not a 5 yet for me since I felt like my turkey avo was kinda heavy on the mayo, and the chicken in the club sandwich could have been seasoned. Good value and a good size though for SLU lunch, I’d come back and try more items.
Top notch sandwiches. Be patient they take time making these sandwiches. Definitely more of a grab and go spot. I'd recommend anything on the menu just don't leave things off, Plain sandwiches suck

Soooooo good! Probably the only good place in and around SLU that my partner and I crave & have come back to. We moved here from NYC not long ago and it’s been tough to find good food options, especially in SLU. So we’re really happy we found Bleuwiches!!

Amazing food and wonderful service! The soup and sandwich were delicious. The owner is incredibly kind. When he found out it was my first visit, he welcomed me with a warm bowl of soup and took the time to share their popular sandwich options. Although I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, he was very accommodating and made sure I got the right one. The food is so good that I know I’ll be coming back!

I was hoping for a delicious meal in this place, but I didn't like it, the review was a good dish that I chose, great, but I didn't like it, it turns out that I spent my time and money and it was not tasty, the meat, the taste of spoiled baguette was thick, I'm very disappointed, the dish is called philly cheese steak

I have zero negative things to say about this place. The sandwiches! The service! The neighborhood vibes! I have tried quite a few sandwiches, but my go to is the Korean BBQ cubano. It is, without any exaggeration, the best sandwich on this planet. I swear. You can quote me on that.
The place is busy, so you're going to wait probably. But you can order online and then pick it up which is what I normally do.
Also! I just need to mention that on labor day, I ordered my sandwich online, not realizing that they weren't open. I came back a week later and explained to Jay (the owner?) my situation and he got me my sandwich, plus a comped drink and breakfast sandwich ? I think it was the kbbq egg sandwich? Also 10/10
Pro tip, take your bag of food down to the lake and eat. Very peaceful. Very delicious. Very just so great.
