It’s seems like it would be good and some of it is tasty, but the food is either pretty flavorful or no flavor at all. The rice is also typically cold/hard. Great concept though

Odd hours, asks for tips despite no human interaction and most of your meal is cold

Went to Bloom to pick up lunch with co-workers. They messed up all our orders. I ordered a tofu bowl which had no tofu in it. I was not even informed that they didn't add tofu to my bowl. Realized it didn't have the main ingredient after coming back to work and opening the bowl to eat. My co-worker ordered a Teriyaki Salmon bowl but got a no-tofu tofu bowl instead. Overall, very pricey for the poor service that's being offered.

When we travel, we're always sure to check out GF places. This place underwhelmed.

We placed an order online for our traveling group. The whole order was prepared 20 mins late. All but one Bento box order was served in bowls, which is fine, but defeats the novelty of ordering Bento style. One order was missing items. Seasonal vegetables were just peppers and onions. Proteins were overcooked. Flavors were otherwise good.

Just a disappointment. A clever concept that missed the mark.

Food is reasonable, but staffs are so slow. Not recommend if you want a quick lunch

Crispy chicken bento box was outrageously bland.

Word to the wise.... Avoid Bloom!
Today was our office's third attempt at ordering from Bloom. Just like the first two attempts, It was ABSURDLY salty. We really want to like Bloom, and love their concept, but whoever is in the kitchen is a salt fanatic. Specifically, the falafel and ALL the sauces are salted beyond being edible. Three of us got the falafel bento boxes and three falafel bento boxes now sit in our garbage. In addition, the site wasn't working so I called in the order and they charged us an additional $30.00 delivery/catering fee. Disappointing.

The rice is not cooked or old. Very tough to eat. Otherwise the toppings are good.

The food is excellent here! However, they recently started charging an extra $5+ for the salmon in the bento box. Dropped my rating because of this. I understand charging more for fish, but that price hike is ridiculous for the size you get.

Tasty vegetarian options and a lovely bright place, albeit with limited seating. Service mostly via a screen which at least keeps tips to a reasonable level.

I used to love this place as a great grab and go healthy food spot!

Ever since they switched to having the kiosks, the portions just don’t seem the same. This dish was $17-something and I know the only thing that cost the company anything was the 3 meatballs. Everything else does not justify the cost. They used to let you pick 3 sides, and the portions were much better. This to go box isn’t anywhere close to full. I can get way more bang for my buck at the WholeFoods deli.

Employees are extremely slow. I’ve never seen someone in food service move so slow. The Kiosks to order are difficult to use and multiple people in line had problems. The food was okay. Are employees not allow to talk to customers? I waited in line to order where you used to and stood there for 5 minutes before anyone said I had to use the kiosks. Employees spent more time talking to each other than packing bowls. I would love to come back for lunch if it didn’t take so long.

The kiosk machines are terrible. Workers sweep the floor, but do not fill orders promptly. They apparently are not allowed to talk to customers at all.Frustrates me every time I go there. I do like the food though.
