We recently had our wedding through Blue Ribbon at one of their venues - Sander’s Estate and it was truly one of the easiest and most enjoyable events to plan and be a part of! From the decor & location to the food - Blue Ribbon does an amazing job hosting events. Their contracts are easy to understand, detailed timelines, and all members of the staff were incredibly easy to work with and talk to.
A very special shoutout to our lovely day-of-coordinator - Elizabeth - and the entire day-of crew. Elizabeth was supportive, creative, and fun to work with the entire planning process. She gave us amazing ideas and advice when we were stuck on how to decide the little details. She really made our wedding day extra special, and made sure everything ran so smoothly. She brought us coffee the morning of, and took care of everything - and truly understood our vision. None of it would’ve been possible without her, and we’re so thankful to have met her & been able to work with her. Bonus point to Elizabeth for simultaneously impressing our guests - I had several guests come up to me gushing over how professional, fun, and how easy she made everything.

Planning with Blue Ribbon was so easy, as soon as we told them the themes of our wedding and what we were going for, they immedeatly knew how to bring our dream vision to life. Our macabe elegant black and gold themed wedding was perfect, and the food was amazing. Our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd had. All my guests with dietary needs were met and they could fill up and no one left hungry! And the cake was so beautiful, the strawberry cream filling a mix of tart with a beautiful sweetness to it! Just excellent!

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Sanders Estate in early September, and wow — Blue Ribbon absolutely knocked it out of the park. I don’t know what kind of magic Elizabeth was working behind the scenes, but as a 30-something who’s been to more weddings than I can count in the past year, I can confidently say I’ve never seen one run this smoothly. Somehow, Elizabeth had everyone seated and heading down the aisle on time — a rare feat that set the tone for a seamless and stress-free evening. The food was impeccable. I’m still thinking about those tofu lettuce wraps — they had me seriously considering switching to vegetarian. And the drinks? Stunning. I have no idea how just two bartenders managed to serve 150 guests with zero line, but they did it, and with a smile. All in all, it was a fantastic wedding. I can’t recommend Blue Ribbon and Elizabeth highly enough. If you’re planning a wedding or event — trust me, you want them on your team.

Blue Ribbon did an unbelievable job for our wedding. They offered so much more than other caterers we looked at and made the whole process easy with linens, table settings, and glassware included. From start to finish, they offered transparent pricing, clear expectations and a one stop shop. All our guests were raving about the food and the service was excellent on the day of!
Elizabeth, our day of coordinator, was the absolute best. We added her services to our package and it was some of the best money spent on our wedding. She was extremely organized, understood our vision, and was the most calming, supportive presence on our wedding day. She went above and beyond, and no detail was missed. We really appreciated her clear communication and confidence in managing all the vendors and ensuring all our guests had a great time. My wife and I were so glad we went with Blue Ribbon and Elizabeth!

We had the privilege of working with David as our planner and day of coordinator, and we truly can’t say enough kind things about him. He made our day so special, he is genuinely so kind and helpful. Anytime I was feeling anxious or stressed about the wedding and we had a call or meeting with David, I immediately felt at ease. Everyone at the wedding talked about how wonderful he was; he checked in with people, got them the things they needed, and just made the day run so smoothly. David made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. He was so on top of everything, he made sure we got food, drinks, stayed hydrated, he checked in with us and just made us feel so special on our day. He went above and beyond with our decor, he truly transformed the space well above our expectations. We honestly couldn’t have asked for any more, he did an exceptional job.
The food was also absolutely incredible!! We got to do an open house tasting in addition to our actual wedding tasting trial, and we were fully hooked after the first time trying the food. The food tasted just as amazing during the actual wedding, it was truly incredible and we were so pleased with how many guests commented on how amazing the food was. I can’t express enough how amazing of a job blue ribbon did.
We felt like the pricing was very straightforward and well worth it. All of the staff members were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to host any event. We will definitely be back for a cooking class because the food was just so amazing, and we can’t thank David and the rest of the staff enough for making our day so incredible.

David Short helped make our big day as wonderful and stress-free as I could have ever wished for. He was incredibly warm and accommodating, even when I needed to add tables and glasses/plates to our package practically last-minute. We had a lot of guests with allergies, and he made sure everyone was well looked after, including making up a plate for my MOH, who has multiple allergies I was worried about accommodating. 10/10 recommend BRC, especially David Short as your Coordinator!

Our 6 and 8 year old attended blue ribbon cooking camps and LOVED IT! They were very proud every day to tell us about what they cooked and it has really given them confidence in the kitchen.
