David Short helped make our big day as wonderful and stress-free as I could have ever wished for. He was incredibly warm and accommodating, even when I needed to add tables and glasses/plates to our package practically last-minute. We had a lot of guests with allergies, and he made sure everyone was well looked after, including making up a plate for my MOH, who has multiple allergies I was worried about accommodating. 10/10 recommend BRC, especially David Short as your Coordinator!

Our 6 and 8 year old attended blue ribbon cooking camps and LOVED IT! They were very proud every day to tell us about what they cooked and it has really given them confidence in the kitchen. And honestly the most important part (for me) was that they reported that the councilors were “soooo nice!” (Pictured, bread by our 6 y/o)

He's a creative kid, and this camp was the perfect fit—he felt truly empowered learning to cook with real tools and starting to master a valuable, healthy life skill. The environment was engaging and supportive, and he came home inspired. We’ll definitely be sending him again, and his younger brother can’t wait to go once he’s old enough. A fantastic and worthwhile investment!

We had our wedding at Blue Ribbon Cooking in July and we highly recommend using them for your wedding or event! The food is beyond, the space was set up so beautifully, and the staff’s hard work and attention to detail made the day magical. We worked with Amy to see the space, who was a pleasure to work with, and then with Lilly to coordinate our wedding. Lilly absolutely “gets it” and stuck with us as we worked through all the details of the wedding. BRC staff were generous with their space, time, and opened their doors several times during our wedding planning so we could work through questions and/or show the space to our families. Lilly and the cooking team made our tasting night so fun and special. The buffet dinner at the wedding was next level - best wedding food we’ve ever had (promise we’re not being biased).
They went above and beyond to get the space ready for a July wedding. They set up additional AC units that were subtle but effective at keeping our dance floor cool. They set up a gorgeous two top outside by the willow tree for our marriage license signature. They cleaned up the back deck, which became our friends’ most popular photo spot when the sun started setting. It was a beautiful day start to finish.
The staff that worked our wedding itself were incredible. It started off with one staff member getting me scissors right before walking down the aisle so I could cut a tag from my wedding dress. It continued with the warmth they greeted our guests and the quick work they did flipping rooms between stages of the wedding. They also checked with us regarding a seating arrangement: they suggested a last minute change that worked better for the space and gave our families a better experience during dinner. They kept us and our guests at the forefront of their work the whole time and were an absolute delight to work with. We hope others enjoy the BRC space for their wedding as well - it was everything we could have imagined and more!

My 3 kids all participated in Blue Ribbon's summer camp and had a fantastic experience. This is a legit skill-building camp. All 3 enjoyed working on the recipes, the instructors, and especially the competitions. We will be back next year for sure!

My daughter has done 3 different camps with Blue Ribbon and has enjoyed them all. They were all different in some way, but they were all fun and she learned a lot in all of them. She really enjoyed learning the cooking tips and making new friends. The box of food that comes back the last day is a great treat for the entire family.
I attended a wedding catered by Blue Ribbon. Food was fine, but the bartenders they hired were awful and they kind of made it an unpleasant experience to get drinks, which is sad for a wedding where the guests were there to have a good time and celebrate with the couple. I'm not sure if the bartenders were one-offs or they're in-house, but the company should definitely reconsider them if they were indeed in-house. I think they might've been sore about not getting enough tip, because they were very crabby and would pour the smallest trickle of liquor and fill the rest of the glass with soda. They glared at us when some of us asked for a double - which would've been more like a single anyway, the way they were pouring - and poured the same amount despite what we politely asked. Honestly we would've wanted to tip them better, but they only accepted cash for tips - who has cash nowadays? One of our friends felt so bad and grilled them for their personal Venmo to tip for our whole party. Only then did we get acceptable drinks for that round, but the rest of the time they poured so little liquor that in the end I gave up and just asked for bottled beer the rest of the night. On top of that, we heard stories of the bartenders scoffing and belittling some of the guests. They need a better system for the tip for sure, but also just hire kinder, more professional bartenders. I felt bad for the wedding couple.

ASK FOR ELIZABETH!!!!! From start to finish blue ribbon was professional, kind, and truly understood the vision we had for our wedding. Everyone loved the food and overall we had an amazing experience. I can not recommend blue ribbon enough, specially Elizabeth was an absolutely amazing coordinator

I am reviewing the Iron Chef style team building event they host. I found it to be a wonderful experience and a lot of fun. Our group was rather large but everyone felt that they had something to do. It didn't feel stressful for those who weren't proficient cooks. A lot of people enjoyed the creativity aspect.

I would 100% work with this team again and again. They made my team feel so heard, and made our teams incredibly happy. Blue Ribbon's customer service is STELLAR. I was working with them on a team building event for my company, and they were incredibly patient with so many logistical hurdles I was throwing their way. Their team is responsive, kind, and willing to meet you where you are at (which was so helpful to us!). I'd recommend any team looking for a great team building event to book with Blue Ribbon
