They have marked vegan options which is nice, and build your own boba is pretty novel. But no vegan milk teas (other reviewers do not realize "non-dairy creamer" almost always has some dairy in it) so just some fruit teas and a slush or two. If that's your jam, this place may be for you.

This boba place is a customizable all you can drink boba spot in UW area and has so much options and the fruit flavors are my fav. The portion is right enough for the price and drink is soo flavorful. Has indoor gaming options and books for hangout with friends - has a cool vibe.

I like the fruit teas and toppings seem to be fresh! Prices are pretty normal for a Seattle boba shop.
I also got popcorn chicken and nori fries. Chicken was grey in color, and under seasoned but they provided sauce options. Fries were over seasoned (VERY salty) but overall it’s not bad. The nori seasoning was not tossed in well with the fries. I think average is a good way to explain it. Staff were very friendly tho!! Will come back for the boba only.

I don’t even know how to begin this review. I ordered their popcorn chicken, got my receipt, and sat down to wait. After a good ten minutes of waiting, they called out the order 161, I was order 162, but it looked like popcorn chicken so I went to check if it was mine. I realized it was not my order but was still confused on where mine was. The worker noticed this and asked me what my order was, then explained to me that her co-worker gave my food to “one of their friends.” She then said I could have the order on the counter if I wanted, which was 1) not what I ordered, and 2) probably a different customers order that they were just giving away. So I said no thank you. The worker then asked if I would like a “remake.” The word remake implies that I already had my order, nonetheless, I still wanted my order so I said yes, I would. The worker then talked to her co worker about it again and asked me again if I would like a remake, to which I said the same response. I then sat down again to wait for my “remake.” This entire process took about 25 minutes. When I finally got my order I received no apology for the mix up or the long wait.

Pick your own toppings and drink flavors. Best place for any age.
Bonus - can taste before you pick one. Detailed descriptions also are very helpful.
Games to sit and play while we enjoy our own made boba.

Really sad that the Tarro slushy flavour wasn’t sweet and didn’t have much flavour to it. I always used to come here for that but this time around it was lacking in flavour.

It’s such a unique spot with lots of variety, just remember to taste your boba if it needs more sugar.

Friendly counter people the couple times I’ve been; at the counter you order then pay at, which is on the left when you walk in on the left side of the place. This place is SELF-SERVE, which I thought I would absolutely love but overall left me feeling underwhelmed about it (unpopular opinion: This should be left up to the professionals for the right flavor/topping combos+amounts.)
After you order and pay, they explain the run down about how the food will be cooked while you are fixing up your drinks they start on the other side of the store at the toppings buffet you put on your gloves and grab as many little sample cups as you need. (or you overhear this from the instructions given to the people in front of you like me)
PROTIP: double up a glove and put bobas in there, slip into your pocket after tieing off so you can have extra room for your drink! (I didn’t do this but thought about it later after ruining my rose milk tea and my bfs taro smoothie with over half the cup filled with about 4 scoops of boba.
Note the largest cup size does not come with a heat sealed cup lid!
This place was very clean but they layout was funky I feel like the toppings should have gone closer to where they have the smoothies so I don’t have to awkwardly walk through the seating area to start making my drink. Overall, this place had GREAT value for the price but I think they should expand their flavors, and move the location of the toppings.

Boba bad. Stale and very tired. Tea bad. Tastes like water. Money bad. Wasted and sad.

Response to Owner: Thank you, I customized my drink with boba and milk tea. You may attempt to explain the intricacies of taste and my basic b order. Again I shout to the heavens, Boba Up: boba baaad!!! tea baaaaad!!! I am now, very saaad.
