Had a great experience at boiling point like I always do! Ordered a Taiwanese spicy which came with soooo much food. Service was fast and attentive (my water always go filled). Nothing beats a hot pot on a cold drizzly Seattle day!

Reasonable price point for the amount of food you get. I got the beef hotpot and the beef was very good quality, flavourful, and tender. The broth however did not have enough flavour and was a bit bland.

So, visiting from Chicago last year, we got to come try this place. It was so good, that I made sure my friend brought me back this trip.
The food was pretty similar. The flavor is good. The sauces are still so yummy and flavorful.
The change is the service! They were so mean and inattentive! We got a legit eye roll from one of them when we asked for an order more beef. Another questioned everything. The flames went out multiple times. Everything we asked for seemed like we were burdening them. It wasn’t fun. Not sure I’ll be asking for this next year when I visit.

i’m a regular and the milk cream curry was my favorite, but for some reason they changed up the ingredients after the new year or so :( why change out the potato with baby corn if it already comes with a piece of corn ?? idk if there’s something up with the milk cream curry but they were also sold out of it the most recent time i went.
I really liked it. I ordered the Mushroom veggie one. All vegetarian, gluten free hot pot. Good amount of vegetables. All the different mushrooms was so fun! Tasty broth. You get to pick with white rice or the vermicelli noodles (90 kcal packet). The noodles were good! And they had four different sauces to dip the veggies and stuff in :D I will be back! Most affordable hot pot in Seattle I found so far :)

I was always a big fan of Bp but my experience today was just terrible.
Firstly, when I received the text that my table was ready, it took more than 10 mins for an employee to finally look at my phone and get us seated.
Second, it took way too long for someone to just even take our order. Tables who sat after us got their order taken already and even someone who got sat the same time as us got their order taken and got their food before our order was even taken. This location honestly needs a better system. We ordered the beef and usually it tastes great but today it just wasn’t as flavorful. The cabbage in the pot was already way too soggy when it came. Makes me think it was sitting in the back for a bit before it got delivered to our table.
Lastly, no waters were offered. There was never an employee that checked in on us or offered to cut our fire. We weren’t even offered the check. We had to go up there ourselves, point at the table we were sitting at and ask to pay out. I understand Bp is no fine dining but handing out the check, offering water, are just some of the basic things restaurants do. Today just seemed like a big waste of time, constantly waiting for shit service.

We've visited other locations and we only knew about this one because it was right next to Uwajimaya. The wait time was a bit finicky. On the app it showed there were 4 ahead of us so we put our number because other locations would take at least 30 minutes or more until we get our seat. We left to run some errands only to find out less than a minute later after already leaving that our table was ready. So we had to rush back with a bit of Seattle traffic. They were able to sit us luckily and we just immediately order as we were super hungry. We ordered our usual, Taiwanese spicy but this time with the egg rice. Flavor is great as usual. The place got packed quick!
Fyi to newbies that don't know boiling point, it is a hot pot, but individually served in a metal box like with a mini wok to put the hot pot menu on. It is different than regular, share in the middle hot pot.
Fyi again, they can validate your parking. We were parked in the same parking lot as Uwajimaya and we were there less than 1 hour.
All in all, great food, great service. Will come back if we're in the area.

Sign shouldn't say open until 10 when they won't let you in 30 minutes before closing or answer the phone to tell you they stop serving at 9:30

For my first hot pot experience, not sure what I was expecting, but we thought it would have been a shared dish for the table, when in reality everyone gets their own pot. The atmosphere is a bit stale, but it's still a cute place with some good food. I loved how they gave us complementary tea with the meal.

If you're in Seattle, especially during the rainy winter season, there's no better comfort food than hot pot, and this spot in Chinatown hits the mark perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal escape from the chilly weather. The people are incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming environment that makes dining here a great experience.
For those who love a serious kick, the Taiwanese-flavored broth is a must-try—it’s packed with bold, spicy heat that will warm you up from the inside out. But don't worry if you're not into extreme spice; most of the broths allow you to customize the heat level, ranging from 1 to 5 stars, so you can choose just how spicy you want your meal to be.
What’s even better is that all the soups are incredibly flavorful, offering a rich, satisfying base for your ingredients. Whether you're a spice lover or prefer something milder, there's a broth for everyone, and each one is packed with layers of taste.
A nice touch is the free tea that comes with your meal—perfect to sip between bites. And to top it all off, the sour treat they offer at the end is absolutely delicious, providing a refreshing finish to the meal.
As for the price, it’s pretty average for hot pot in the area, and considering the quality and portion sizes, it’s definitely worth it.
With great food, customizable spice levels, a friendly atmosphere, and a perfect winter vibe, this hot pot place in Chinatown is one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something hearty and comforting. Highly recommend!

Several issues w this place, but i’ll start with the good.
The service was nice and prompt.
On with the bad…
The blue goo that they light to “boil” your soup smells like burning plastic, so every time you take a bite of food you get a big whiff of chemicals. That ruined it for me. Like, knocked it outta the park ruined it. So i did the unthinkable and grabbed a plastic square tray to set my metal bowl in (which has no flat base of its own). Precarious, but now i can savor a bite without the deisel blast. I handed the metal crate to the nearest staff and the dude tried to give it back to me! Don’t tell me i’m the first guy to ever donthat, my dude.
See, this is not a typical hot pot place so it’s all separate servings, not communal hot pot which is what we were hoping for. This like Red Robin for hot pot. All the utensils and plates, except that metal bowl, are made of plastic that’s been so worn down. Kids screaming…
After i ate the beef i was left with a bland cabbage soup. This is how i imagine food was in the ussr.
