I had the Bbq chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken on the sandwich was not edible. Literally could not bite through it or chew it. Was dried out and stale. Threw most of it away. Did not have time to go back and return it. They put chile powder on everything. Even the ranch dip and the fries. I guess some people like it. I did not. Very disappointed. It was highly recommended as a favorite of a friend of mine.Parking: Had to park illegally 3 blocks away.

Let me preface this by saying that i order from this bok a bok a lot (multiple times every week), and it's really excellent when they remember to look at the modifications you choose. However, their french fries and tater tots are woefully undercooked, and not worth getting unless you choose the extra crispy option in my opinion. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but I can't because they forget to pay attention to the options on the tots and fries more than 50% of the time on my orders. It's gotta be 3 stars if I have to cook raw French fries. And that's generous. See the attached photo these French fries are basically raw.

This used to be our go to spot and I had it at 5 stars, but they changed to the off-site manufactured hot sauce and it's been ruined.
Absolutely favorite chicken anywhere ever. The folks who work in the tiny pickup window are always so kind. Anytime friends from out of town visit, this is one of my first spots for a reasonably priced meal. Try the OG strips with cheese sauce, trust me.Eta: we stopped by this evening and the staff remembered us. That's special. Thank you.Dietary restrictions: Very clear labeling of allergens online!
