I ordered the yagnyeom chicken. It was very flavorful and crispy. We don't have BonChon in St Louis so this is a unique experience. I am familiar with Dakgangjeong although and this was similar. The coleslaw is pretty standard fare, but not bad.

When I get to the location I said to the guy upfront that I had an online order and he says my fries are ready waiting on my sandwich which took another 5 minutes to come out while my fries are just sitting there getting cold. When I get home the fries are so cold and nasty that I couldn't eat them. Now onto the sandwich which I ordered spicy and it wasn't spicy like it was last time I ordered so IDK if they used the wrong sauce or what. Talking about sauce even if they used the right sauce it was only on half the sandwich while the other half was dry with no sauce at all. I decided to go get my money back because the food was so disappointing but they still get my tip so basically i stil lost money for a meal I couldn't eat. Its not the first time they messed up my order but this but it I think this time yall have lost my business unless they can make it up to me somehow.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to.... I ordered the buldak and half the container was filled with grease. The dish was nearly inedible, and I can say this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had

Ordered the pork belly bao buns and the bulgogi beef. The bao buns had the smallest most pathetic amount of pork belly on them. The bulgogi beef was almost all onions and it was over $20?! Horrible.

I normally get the chicken strips or boneless wings and then an order of plain fried rice. Biggest issue is that it’s too expensive. It isn’t worth paying for anything extra in the fried rice and it all just feels like 1-3 dollars too expensive for everything. Outside of that, the food is good! Service is fine. I’ve never sat down here, but it seems fairly clean. The pickled radish honestly slaps

I’ve tried the chicken sandwich at three local and relatively new chicken establishments recently…Big Chicken in Renton WA, the new Jollibee location in the Rainier Valley, and Bonchon. The winner? It wasn’t even close. Bonchon is vastly superior. Super crispy and incredibly juicy. The. sandwich itself is simple…chicken, slaw, and a choice of two sauces — one sweet and tangy the other bringing some heat. The combo results in the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in quite some time.

I dented my car bumping into the wall and I was sad for the whole morning. These chicken wings really cheered me up :( I’d say the portion is smaller compared to other bonchon in other states I’ve been to, but for the joy I got, I don’t mind it at all.

Usually I love Bon Chon. Just did an online order and everything in the order was supposed to be "Soy Garlic" and it was all "Spicy" and not soy garlic.
This made the meal completely inedible. Not sure if someone was being lazy and not paying attention or if they didn't want to make soy garlic.
Tried to call and they did not answer their phone. Be careful if ordering ahead and check your order before you leave. Pretty sad when they can tell the difference in their own products .
After having 17 hours flight from Indonesia. I was craving for bonchon for sure with their fire spicy sauce
Taste was good! Love the sauce; it was indonesian hot and spicy which is best for me
Kian was giving nice service
Keep up the good work!

Went here after some friends recommended it. I think I tried it twice and both times I really liked it. Their spicy wings are pretty good and I would recommend that. It is not super spicy but pretty good. We also tried the soy garlic which was okay. The other thing I liked was the fried rice which had a great portion and was pretty appetizing.
