It’s a cold day in downtown Seattle and something felt very right about ordering a tuna melt - and Soup & Ladle delivered! At a great price too. Looking forward to trying one of the many soups on offer.

Salty, just dressing, weird texture.

I have eaten here several times, and was pleased with the portion size. I got two "mains" and a "side" for $9.99 (plus tax and optional tip). I like their chicken katsu which has a great dipping sauce. I also liked their spicy beef and their chicken curry. All in all, they are fast, with good food, good portions, and good prices.

The chicken looked and tasted a bit strange and the broccoli was cold.

Bowls and Noodles is one of the eateries located in the Columbia Tower. Expect office workers around, trying to find the best deal. Meanwhile, I was just glad there was a place open for lunch during the pandemic, as I work just down the street from Columbia Tower, so needed sustenance in an area where most businesses are currently/still closed. Bowls and Noodles lured me in with their lunch special. You can choose two different entrees for only $8.95. You get a choice of rice or noodles, and I went with their "fried" rice which was white rice with speckles of peas, corn and carrots. But hey, it's less than 10 bucks, which in downtown Seattle is a steal. The food was A-OK. Teriyaki was drenched in the sauce, so next time I'd ask them for no sauce. I think it would've been way better on its own, as I would've tasted more of the tender meat. The garlic chicken had way too much batter. The friendly employee recommended the garlic chicken, saying it was a best seller and honestly, I didn't get much garlic. Just a bunch of fried. Lord, help me. The portion was huge. With how close this is to the office and the fact that it's actually open in a deserted Seattle, with lunch specials less than 10 bucks, I'd come back to explore something new.

It's a good place for a quick meal. Their Pho is acceptable while their chicken curry is great. The two ladies are nice though curt when its busy which given the amount of people that can hit it at once can get really busy. Fast Service even on busy days.

Reserved a soup through Mealpal and when I showed up they said they had not been participating in Mealpal for a month and to contact Mealpal. So I had no lunch and they just ignored me. Worst customer service by 2 grouchy uncaring women.

Absolute garbage. Broth was basically hot water. Highly recommend going elsewhere as place isn't worth it. Every time I walk by, its empty while other places have long wait. T

I love coming here. The katsu chicken is so fresh and they give you a good portion of it. I like joking around with the ladies working here. They are so friendly. Everyone should definitely try this place!!!
