The place is nice, the coffee was nice, but the workers can work on their customer service, they definitely brought the vibe down!!

First rate neighborhood gem, across from Mt Baker park. Stellar, friendly service. One time, we accidentally came in 10 min after closing, and the woman cleaning up was kind enough to sell my young niece a cookie-to-go.

Good food, but the interior is kind of weird and sterile.

It’s a bummer I’m writing a 3-star review but the last three times I’ve been here in the past couple months have been really disappointing. Every time I’ve walked, employees are not friendly and provide no customer service at all. Maybe it’s just me? It sucks that such a cute place lacks the very thing they try to emulate, being inviting and bright. Drinks and food are mid-tier.

Came here with a friend to study and it was great! I think the drinks are good but overpriced. All the drinks come with standard 2 shots espresso (p sure). The service was great, really friendly and accurate. It was pretty quiet in there, no music on for a while, then they turned on some Bee Gees which I loved. Cozy seating, lighting, and ambient temperature. WiFi available. On a weekday afternoon, pretty laid back atmosphere. Easy parking. Would definitely come back!

Cute playful place with sub par drinks but an enjoyable atmosphere. I had an americano that wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t great, and my wife had a hot cocoa that also wasn’t terrible and wasn’t great. The cocoa felt more like drinking chocolate syrup than cocoa, which I guess is something people might enjoy. The atmosphere is playful and interesting, but the quality of the drinks leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.

Just popped in here for the first time to check out their breakfast sandwiches after hearing about it for the first time. The design of the place IS bright but not overbearing, it is really cute. There are products from local artists, and some shop branded stuff that are worth checking out.

Sandwich was da bomb. I got their BLT and it was a very nice take on one. Focaccia was some of the softest I've ever had on a sandwich, truly pillowy. Beautiful slice of heirloom. It was nice, just very flavorful and 'light' feeling for a BLT. The Labneh (which was new for me) definitely adds some unique value.

I got a canned drink, the sandwich, and a sticker and I think I was at $24 + tip, so it ain't cheap, but it's the kind of thing I'd treat myself to every once in a while and feel like it was money well-spent.

Fun and bright multicolored coffee shop with a lovely atmosphere. Nice customer service and delicious food. We didn't want to leave and we stop by here whenever we're in the area.

Cute community focused Cafe at the end of a quiet neighborhood Street.
There is a park and a playground across the street from this Cafe. Great for children and families. Lots of on street parking

The price was very fair, especially for Seattle. It's hard to find coffee for under $10 and pastries for five and below.

I got a honey cardamom latte and my companion purchased a cereal milk latte. They make their cereal milk in house and it's a really delicious latte with less sweetness. We also got a chocolate croissant and a squash bread. Both of them sliced bigger than my hand!

The latte art was cute. The foam was perfect and the spices didn't clump together.

The atmosphere was bright and happy tons of local art from local artists. You should ask the barista about the tie-dye shirts. He makes them himself. Local news and community resources avalaible at the news desk.

We dropped in for a quick coffee and got surprised by this hidden gem. Nestled behind a clean wooden counter and glowing under dreamy cloud lamps, the space instantly felt like a pastel wonderland — playful yet calming. What really made this place shine was the vibrant decor — walls adorned with whimsical ice cream cone sculptures and unicorn-themed art pieces that brought a quirky, joyful charm to the entire experience.

Whether you’re popping in for a quick caffeine fix or need a quiet corner to relax, BrightSpot is a delightful find that instantly lifts your mood.

I placed an online order because I wanted to treat myself after having an intense workout session next door! It was my first time in, and I was really impressed with the color explosion and vibey art displays! I don’t know if it was the matcha, but I felt like this place has a special place in my heart now. Plus the forager sammy is quite exceptional! Flavors were very unique! I will be back to try out the other goodies!
