Lin’s is still here! Just added a seafood boil and rebranded as HAPPY NOODLE AND BOILING SEAFOOD HOUSE. Same delicious dumplings and charming service just now with more options. Try the HOUSE SPECIAL SAUCE on your seafood boil- it’s incredible!

The best dumplings and noodles ever!! The people are the nicest and i honestly think it’s a better version of din tai fung, even though it’s much cheaper. Not a month passes where i don’t go to lins.
The best Chinese noodle place in seattle. Very authentic, good flavor, fresh ingredients, soft and chewy noodle, friendly staff/ owner.

I stopped by here for lunch and tried the beef stew rice bowl and the pork xiao long bao. The hostess was very nice and friendly, helpful. I dined in and didn’t have to wait too long for the food. I was so excited for the beef stew rice bowl because I haven’t had this dish in a long time. I was somewhat disappointed when it arrived. It looked like a giant bowl of rice with stew gravy and only a few pieces of beef cut small sparsely placed on top. The dish was 95% rice and gravy. The taste was good but for the price that is charged, you’ll want to select something else on the menu. The xiao long bao was good so that is a repeat dish to order.
The service and atmosphere was fine so if I come again I’ll have to try something else.

We ordered the pork bbq dumplings, the beef stew with rice and chicken fried rice. The rice was dry and the chicken was difficult to find. The pork bbq dumplings needed more pork and less dumpling. We won’t go back.

The dumplings themselves were very good, but the waitress in front doesn’t ever check on the tables and is on the phone and doesn’t seem like she wants to be there, so you may have to walk to the front to get things like water or mention order errors and paying.

My fav dumpling place. I love to eat there because the texture is fresher. Definitely get the chili oil in your dumplings as it is a muuuust try!

I ordered steamed mushroom dumplings and spicy handmade noodles. Both were delicious, clearly made fresh, and arrived quickly. The quick service might not be surprising since the shop was empty on a Sunday evening, but another review mentioned slow service even when the shop was empty so I'm sharing my different experience.
From reading reviews I thought the restaurant might be vegan, with faux meats. It's not -- most dishes have meat -- but the vegetarian offerings are excellent, so I was happy. Ask the person at the front what is vegetarian, if that's what you're looking for. I think some of the reviews are for an earlier restaurant on the same site, called broadfork. Confusingly, there are still signs up showing wifi with that name and password veganeats. I suggest changing this.
