Great neighborhood spot- great beer, kid friendly, dog friendly, good food trucks.
Excellent beer selection, plus some good
snacks and beers to go. Beertenders are very friendly and helpful. Good for families and have a kids play room. Indoor and outdoor seating and a good rotation for food trucks.
An excellent local spot, with friendly, efficient staff. Solid beer selection on tap, including plenty of lager/light beer and a couple of fridges of cans - including an NA beer and cider. Children are welcome including an indoor play section. Only thing is that it lacks atmosphere, it's quite utilitarian and sparse - but not in a stylish way. Check their website for which food truck will be there each day. ?

This is a great little spot. They bring in some excellent food trucks like pizza and gyros. The beertenders are always really nice and genuinely helpful if you're not sure what to order. The vibe is always really laid back. Sometimes have live music but you don't have to feel like you're at a concert. It's just part of the atmosphere. It's kid and pet friendly, and just generally a nice spot to wind down at the end of the day.
Parking is limited in the neighborhood so if you can, you might want to walk or bike but we've always been able to find something on the next street over.

The picnic area is very spacious. I went in the summer so everyone was sitting outside. The staff were nice. A cool local brewery spot.
Kid-friendliness: There’s a play area of kids.

Great selection of beers on tap and rotating food trucks! Casual environment with lots of seating - just more kids than I would hope for from a tap house.

Beer selection is great but wow at this point they should just rebrand into a Chuck E. Cheese, I’ve given this place a few chances now but every time it’s just a free for all run around zoo for kids. Which again is unfortunate because the selection, staff and space are amazing.
If you are a parent that likes to drink and forget you have children for a little this will definitely be your spot ?
Will still give this place a chance during the early hours in hopes to avoid the children chaos rush. If they had an area for 21+ I would become a regular ?♂️

Located in Seattle’s best-kept secret neighborhood, the Broadview Tap House is a community gathering space with convenient access to the largest and freshest variety of craft beer. Regulars appreciate the good beers on tap and the decent food truck offerings. It’s family and dog friendly, which is always a bonus for me so I can bring my huge pup. With lots of patio seating and friendly staff, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink. The bar offers draft beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic choices, they even have root beer. They had remodeled the inside since the last time I was there, and it was great with lots of seating so if it’s not a nice day enjoy the space inside. If you’re looking for a relaxed spot to enjoy good beer and a family-friendly atmosphere, give the Broadview Tap House a try!

Atmosphere is great if you don't mind drinking beer in a literal kids playground. We went on a Thursday at 530 and not joking EVERY SINGLE TABLE had no less than 2 children. Half of the outdoor area is open so the children can run around and play with balls skates etc. beer selection was good though

This is your friendly neighborhood hangout to a T. Place rocks and they’re expanding at the time of this writing.

This is our neighborhood tap room and is a great place to hang out on a warm afternoon or evening. They’ve just expanded. They offer a good variety of local regional beers and wines. They have light snacks (bagged chips) and food trucks. Expect plenty of kids running around and dogs.

This is a canonical casual neighborhood gathering place. If it's not raining too hard, the outdoor seating area is brimming with young families and dogs. The indoor seating skews less chaotic. They have a gazillion kinds of beer, several ciders, and a few wines. The food comes from a rotating cast of food trucks in the front lot.I gave it 5 stars because it is exactly what it appears to be. If you're looking for table service, cloth napkins and metal cutlery, go somewhere else. If you want a fermented beverage, something yummy from a food truck, and maybe a place where kids can run a little on the loose side while you have a beer, this is a great spot.
