We have transited past Bua 9 for several years and finally dropped in. Our order came out quickly! And graciously served. Everyone was real nice (including the patrons, which speaks volumes). It's true: hard to get bad Thai food in Seattle. But each dish was true to its intention, and correctly spiced. Very delicious! Panang curry with brown (red! Maroon) rice was delightful. Amazing food and service, and they are not afraid of healthy portions. The taste is truly authentic. Seatown, I'm back and this Thai joint you have to stop and try. It's an open kitchen design...with nothing to hide.
I had the pleasure to enjoy the Garlic noodles with Chicken...amazing, the fresh not frozen noodles was truly noticeable.
