Best smash burgers I’ve found in Seattle, especially for the price. Their fries are also perfectly crisp and salted, with generous portions. A large fry is plenty for two or three people. I’ve been to this location plenty of times and just tried their Ballard spot for the first time. Just as good as the Montlake food truck.
Burgers and chicken sandwiches are really good. They have outdoor seating so nice place for lunch on a warm day. No indoor seating so you should expect to take it to go or eat in your car when the weather is bad. Service is pretty quick when you order takeout or if you want something faster you can order ahead via app.
If you are a Midwest transplant desperately searching for the taste of home in a burger, dreaming of butter burgers, Burbs has your back. Fries are nice and crispy (portions are huge on the fries). I'm sad they don't have shakes here, but despite that its somewhere I'll be returning to
